Vacation rentals in Cray's Pond

A lovely, large open space to stay in. We stayed for one night and it was perfect for us. The kitchen was well stocked with pans to use on the induction hob but note that there is no oven. Tea, coffee and milk were supplied, along with basic cleaning supplies. There is a secure entrance way with plenty of space to leave muddy footwear and bikes. The main property is up a flight of stairs. Frances was lovely and helpful. There were notes around the apartment to explain some basic things and a good set of welcome instructions. I would happily stay here again.

I can only agree with all the other reviews. Beautifully decorated and exactly as described. Nicola is only a text away to answer any questions and super helpful with local recommendations and in my case directions. Would stay again

Exceptionally considerate communication, felt warmly welcomed even though we never met the host. Interesting, bright, light fresh space on two levels, warm and spotlessly clean. Very peaceful and isolated, with spectacular wintry walks nearby.

This place really was perfect! The decor is chic and modern with class. Fiona has thought of everything so there was nothing we needed. The welcome items were appreciated after a long travel day. It is located behind a cafe but we heard no noise from it at all. It is located just a few minutes walking from everything like grocery stores, shops and the train station. Fiona was a pleasure to deal with and we will absolutely stay here again

We spent a lovely relaxing few days at Tracey's cottage. Tracey was super helpful, accommodating and flexible, especially given it was a last minute booking. The cottage is lovely and the surroundings are beautiful! Tracey was lovely, and the welcome pack is such a thoughtful touch. Definitely would recommend a stay here, if you fancy a countryside retreat that's within a stone's throw of Reading and Newbury.

Lovely host, super responsive and helpful and Air BnB was really nice for the couple of nights I stayed there, bed was so comfy! Only thing was where I was on night shifts it might not be suitable for those doing the same, just due to noise being heard from the house early in the morning. Would deffo recommend, and super easy to get into Reading town centre and explore :)
