Really easy to find with off road parking. Up to the first floor, and wow, what a view of the coast from the living area and bedroom. A spacious living space and great balcony to sit outside. Large bed and sofa bed. Well equipped kitchen and complimentary tea/coffee/breakfast. Nice and clean and airy. Everything you need for a relaxing stay at the quieter end of the beach and a stone's throw from Bognor centre. Finn was helpful and easy to contact for our arrival. I would definitely stay here again, it's such a relaxing space. A visit to Arundel is a must, the wetlands, castle and gardens and Swanbourne lake.

Another great stay at Marks. Easy communications Mark is very responsive excellent location and really enjoyable stay in this pristine flat. It is close to the beach and lots of bars and cafés in a great road in Hove. Look forward to staying again soon.

Alan's place was perfect for our annual trip to Brighton. It looked exactly like the photos and we felt instantly at home. We really enjoyed the decor and all the little touches that had been put in place to make our stay super easy. Alan was so friendly and provided clear instructions for check in, plus he even informed us the day before that the flat would be available for an earlier check in, allowing us to arrive earlier in the day so we could enjoy our time in Brighton for a little longer. The location was perfect for us, very close to the heart of Seven Dials but set back from a main road so it's nice and quiet. The quantity of lovely stuff immediately on the doorstep plus being just a short walk to the center of town made this place a very convenient location to stay. Highly recommend this place to anyone that comes across it. Thanks again for having us Alan 😁

We enjoyed a comfortable night in the flat which is in a fantastic location in St John’s Wood. The flat was clean and communication was good.

We loved staying in the quirky basement! It was a great spot to relax by the sea especially after the seven sisters hike!

Richard was so friendly and gave us great recommendations. Check-in & out was very easy & the location of the property is perfect if you want to be close to the beach, and in walking distance of the town centre/train & bus routes. The property was lovely, clean and there is plenty of space. Highly recommend staying here 😊

We loved our stay at Kate's place. The location is fantastic, 5 minutes walk from the beach and the main shopping/restaurant area and just 10 minutes to The Lanes and to Brighton station. The flat is just as advertised, full of character. It is Kate's home so you need to expect it to be full of her stuff, including the fridge! Kate's large collection of plants needs watering and this is best left to her or family/friends given their number - this entails scheduling visits during your stay! American visitors should know that the bed sizes are British and so a bit smaller than US sizes. But we certainly managed fine even one night with both of our sons visiting from London, given the sofa-bed. The kitchen is well-equipped. We ate at home a lot during our three weeks. Kate was very responsive in answering all our queries, even when she was travelling. A final note: expect occasional pecks and squawks at the back window from a friendly seagull who is obviously keen to know who is staying.

Lovely bright and clean flat in a fantastic location, with beach and local shops near by. Leo and Laura are great hosts, really helpful and friendly. We enjoyed our stay.

Goldeneye was the perfect place for our puppy’s first staycation! Rob went over and above to provide instructions and excellent recommendations, sending all information across ahead of our visit. All of the little touches for us we truly appreciated. Area is perfect for a seaside trip, very dog friendly and the apartment was perfect size. Would 100% recommend, thanks Rob!!

I had a very comfortable stay at Wendy’s place. The flat is well situated and I walked into the centre of town a couple of times. Wendy’s flat looks exactly like the pictures, it’s a beautiful flat and very comfortable. Wendy is a very responsive and accommodating host and there is a helpful mini guide in the flat too. I would consider staying at Wendy’s place again, as I had a good experience.

Charming and comfortable flat. Beautifully decorated with lots of thoughtful touches. Possibly not great if you are sensitive to fragrance as diffusers very much present. Gorgeous stay with an attentive detail orientated host

We really enjoyed staying at Bloomsbury place. We felt it was in a great location, and was just the right size for the 3 of us (2 adults and a small dog). The place was pristine and the welcome goodies made us feel right at home. We had never been to Brighton before and feel like we’d love to come again every chance we get. A well located flat opposite the sea. It’s only 5 steps to the front door of this big comfortable flat. One big room with lounges, table for 6, a well equipped kitchen and a grand piano! The bed was comfortable and bathroom big with heated towel rails. A step into bath with grab rails. We loved staying here. Philip was a great host and left us a basket of goodies. Thank you.

Great location not far from Nunhead station or short walk from New Cross Gate Tube. Good pizza restaurants 5 minute walk or pub at the end of the road. Local supermarket 10 minute walk. Very relaxing atmosphere couple of nice parks nearby. Very quiet area good views of the Shard. To be honest we didn't know what to expect but really exceeded our expectations. We will be definitely stay there again when we visit London. Stephanie great host made us feel at home. Thank you. Craig and Karen

I stayed in Yvonne's place for my last night in London and it was the perfect environment for a relaxing evening. Great views, ambiance, and within walking distance to the tube where you can get to central London in 30-ish minutes. There's a cafe and a few grocery stores right by the station for easy, quick breakfast options. It was simple to get to Heathrow - also an around 30 minute tube trip. For solo travelers, I felt safe walking around at night in the neighborhood from the station to the flat (~6 min walk) and the building was very secure. Highly recommend if you're looking for a great place to stay that's relatively close to the airport but also can easily get into the more busy parts of the city

The flat is in walking distance to a lot of places including Greenwich and close to bus and train services. it is close to a plethora of cafes, restaurants and supermarkets. Antonio was responsive to any questions that I had during and before my stay within a short time. The flat is near to my family, so I'll definitely keep him in mind for future stays. This is our favourite Airbnb by a long shot. The "nest" was spotlessly clean and sits on a lovely, peaceful plot with amazing views. Clive and Caroline are wonderful hosts with a wealth of local knowledge. Highly recommended.

I absolutely loved this location. It was a beautiful space with incredible views of London. Close walk to the underground to take you to central London.

A little gem of a place! Don't let the exterior fool you! It's homely, peaceful and just a home from home once you are through the door with a cuppa in hand and slumped on the sofa! I could of hapilt stayed for weeks! The flat is within walking distance to Battersea Park (5 minute walk) and Chelsea (15-20 minute walk) which was perfect for my solo trip to see Chelsea in bloom. There are some great free parking spots local to the flat which is great if you plan on coming by car! The area felt safe and welcoming and I had no issues walking to and from the flat even quite late at night. The bus stop is round the corner and takes you to all the great spots in central London! The highlights from my stay were being welcomed by a beautiful bottle of red wine, the amazing shower that I struggled to get out of as it was just so relaxing and the ambience of busy London in the background whilst I read my book next to the fire wrapped in a blanket! I will definitely be back!

John is a fantastic host-he went above and beyond and was extremely responsive to messages. We couldn’t work out the cooker (the timer needs to be set) and John was helping out despite the late time of messaging. We loved the recommended Sushi restaurant. The views from the apartment are amazing-we loved just popping out on the balcony. Location wise it was ideal. The main station Blackwall is a short walk away (6 ish mins) and the nearest underground Canary Wharf is around 20 mins which served us well. 😊
