Vacation rentals with a patio in Cramlington

This was a lovely stay, it was perfect size for 1-2 people on a long term stay, walking distance of Roker Park and the beachfront. It was also convenient walking to Stadium of Light. Easy access to convenient stores, large Tesco and bus stop at the end of street for those not wanting to walk.

This was purchased on behalf of my in laws. They absolutely loved it and had a great couple of days away. The accommodations was comfortable and cozy, perfectly located to explore the beautiful surroundings. Marcelle was a great host with prompt communication and friendly. Anjumunara’s place is very well located to quick and easy access to Newcastle City Centre both by car and Metro, and also the A1 and A69 for access to the wider Northumberland area. On arrival check in was easy, and having off street parking right outside the annex was excellent. We experienced no noise at all during our stay and the area is very quiet. Everything inside was as described and spotlessly clean. The kitchen has everything you need and we found the bed very comfy. We enjoyed a lovely stay in Newcastle thanks to Anjumunara’s place.

This was a lovely stay! The house was cozy and very clean, easy to find, clear instructions for everything, & had everything that we could have needed during our stay! The hosts were very responsive as well. We had a problem with the heater but they came and helped us out the next day directly! Thank you so much, we had an amazing stay :)

The Guest Place was a lovely place to stay, perfectly appointed (with a really comfy bed!), spotlessly clean and in a gorgeous street. Walking distance to amenities and the beach too. Ann was a great host, communicated regularly and made me feel really welcome. I hope to stay again!

Brilliant self-contained unit. Absolutely spotless inside. Lots of nice touches - fresh bread, milk, water, coffee, tea etc. Peaceful overnight sleep. Could easily stay a week here with all the facilities. Easy check-in and about a 20 minute drive back into Newcastle. Thoroughly recommended and would definitely use again. Thanks Linda!

The only difficulty we had was the smart lock once we got the hang of it was not a problem. The house was very clean and had all the necessary facilities. The parking was spacious enough for two large vehicles with Lidl supermarket more or less on the doorstep. Next time I am in the area would like to stay here again

What a great place! The cottage was so well equipped with everything we needed for a fabulous stay. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen island was great for chatting whilst cooking. The Molton Brown toiletries made it feel a little bit special - great touch. An enclosed garden with a lovely seating area was perfect for our son and dog. The fottage is a 3 min walk to the castle and cricket pitch. Perfect stay, thanks 😊

Nice house 100m from the sea, easy to walk out to harbour and coast. All clean, tidy, warm, had all we needed. Good local shops and restaurants. Amble is a small coastal town with a marina and a working harbour (fresh fish at the restaurant was superb).

Paul's place was spotlessly clean and had a well equipped kitchen where we could cook our own meals. The house was in a peaceful neighborhood and it was very nice and quiet in the area, about a 15 minute walk, or 4 minutes drive, into town. The single bed in the upstairs room was incredibly comfortable to sleep on. Paul was proactive about sending over instructions on how to get in and quick to respond to my messages. A few minor things to note - we found the dining chairs too tall for the table such that it was difficult to fit our legs under it (worked better without the seating cushions); and the bed in the master bedroom has a raised end which is not apparent from the photos (it was one of the reasons why we chose this house!) and my 6'8'' partner was worried it would be uncomfortable - but the bed actually turned out to be just long enough for him to sleep comfortably. A coffee table would have been useful to have too. Overall a great find, would stay here again.

House is beautiful, modern and very well kept. Loved interior, and we had all essential including flip flops. Our host, Frankie and his wife are lovely friendly people, they live next door and Frankie quick to respond for any query. While we had car, it’s an easy distance from city centre. Durham has special memories for me and I would love to come back and stay here again.

Enjoyed the use of the property, it was near the beach and funfair, loads of restaurants at the end of the road and was in a quiet cul de sac. We enjoyed walking the short distance to the town centre and also to the ferry. Great location for all ages.

We stayed in this lovely apartment for a long weekend celebrating with family who live locally. The apartment was perfect, great location, clean, and just want we needed. The hot tub was a complete win with our children. The courtyard is private and a real sun trap. We will be back.

Wonderful hosts and a beautiful place to stay. We had one query and Gavin was round in 5 minutes to sort it out - we could not have asked for more. I cannot recommend this place more and perfect for a mini break with a one year old toddler. Thank you Gavin and Lisa

Richard's place is 'home' away from home. It is very tidy and spacious, light streams through the big windows. It is near the rail station - just across the road - incredibly convenient. It is a quiet area despite being close to amenities. Everything that we needed was there. With the high standard that Richard adopts, guests will definitely feel welcome and valued.

Elaine’s apartment was ultra modern, very clean and well presented. The bathroom is fabulous beautiful freestanding bath and fantastic power shower. We had a welcome pack which was absolutely lovely, made up of local products. It’s well placed for exploring the local area’s. Holy Island / Bamburgh castle/ Seahouses are all within an hour.

Lee was fantastic at helping with my queries. The location was spot on for where I needed to be. Would stay again for sure.

Excellent accommodation and so handy to the beach and town centre. Lovely space offering an exceptional environment to recharge after a day out exploring.

This is a really lovely flat, located directly in front of Cullercoats bay. The view out of the living room bay window in the morning is absolutely fabulous. The flat feels really spacious, with two double rooms and a single. One of the double rooms is located downstairs from the main part of the flat (so at lower ground floor level), and the other is at the rear and has the en-suite. All the rooms felt nice and big and the whole place was lovely and clean. The kitchen is well provisioned with everything we needed during our stay. It's very easy to find the place, with a lockbox containing the key. Parking is available right outside, with a parking permit provided with the house. There are loads of interesting places to explore in the local area, and the beaches at Cullercoats, Longsands and Whitley Bay are great to play on. We wouldn't hesitate to come and stay here again if it's available when we next visit Tynemouth.
