With so much going on in Edinburgh; being in the heart of this amazing city allows you to experience the vibrance of history & culture from every angle. From the buildings, Theatres, amazing Restaurants & Edinburgh Festival; there is always something to do! The Flat is perfect for Concerts & Rugby at Murrayfield Stadium; the Castle & Royal Mile is 10minutes away.

Dog friendly with open fire and a hot tub available by separate arrangement with the host and Fife hot tubs.Charming accessible country house in unspoilt setting ideal for walking/ cycling.Double height main room has minstrels gallery and open log fire, great for parties.The 14 seated dining hall has doors onto sunny terrace and grounds. Location, location - 12 Golf Place,

Excellent location, just yards from the Old Course. Golfers paradise. Note; The cover photograph has been taken from just across the Street from our apartment at the entrance to the Hamilton Grand building. We do not have direct views of the Old course from any of our windows. The Open Championship will be held in St Andrews in 2027. Please note that we have no availability for the week of the Open.
