We had the most perfect stay! a stay where you have your own privacy yet you still know there’s someone there if needed! Niamh and Andy are lovely people and so easy to get along with, they helped us out a lot when we needed it and the pool and guest house was ideal for a nice relaxing stay. Had a great time staying at Gerard's place. Although deemed to be a "tiny home" there was plenty of space to relax, cook and enjoy the space. Also felt private and secure. Gerard was a fantastic host, always available to help with the little things or just for a friendly chat. Also an easy walk to the nearby shopping centre and close to the lovely Mullaloo beach. Definitely a great option for couples or someone travelling alone.

Lemon Tree was the perfect backdrop to our holiday in Perth. Good access to public transport, if needed. Quiet location with a perfect outdoor area, the pool was the icing on the cake. Jane is an extremely friendly host, and very organised. It was an absolute joy to stay at Lemon Tree Cottage. For us it was just a perfect location. The Padbury Shopping centre provides all your needs with high quality produce in the IGA, plus a great Fish and Chip Shop! When we return to Perth next year, hopefully Lemon Tree will be available, and once again we can stay at this lovely home. Thank you Jane, from the family, Dave Linda and Sharon
