This was the perfect location for a few days of peace and quiet - utterly beautiful location, super views, and the hot tub just made it perfection. Even when the weather was a bit ropey there was the hot tub and that view to enjoy. Great hosts, lovely dog walks round about and so many interesting things to do in the area. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend and hope to return.

Lovely place - very private but walkable to local shop and pub, and close to Blenheim, Oxford, and the Cotswolds. Very comfortable, feels like home. Sarah is very helpful and responsive. Definitely recommended.

Absolutely loved staying in this beautiful setting with great views from every room. The Apartment was very spacious and clean with all amenities you will need and very cosy too. The grounds were Beautiful, very peaceful and exactly what we were looking for.Unfortunately we didn’t get to meet Chloe but Tim was very friendly and helpful with a wealth of knowledge to the area. Absolutely beautiful cottage in a perfect location, great for exploring the Cotswolds. The cottage had everything you would need, lots of personal touches and very family friendly. Beautiful private garden as well. We would definitely stay again and highly recommend!

We had a lovely long weekend in Louisa’s beautiful cottage! Everything was perfect! The cottage was very well fitted out and had an amazing kitchen. The courtyard garden was very peaceful and was a real suntrap. The cottage was a perfect size for two couples and it was great to have two bathrooms. All the furnishings and bedding were high quality and we would recommend the cottage to anyone. It is in easy walking distance of Witney centre and has pubs and restaurants just around the corner. We didn’t want to come home!

Had the most amazing stay at the Dacha. Gorgeous surroundings, amazing property, beautiful peaceful surroundings with a fab pub just a few mins walk. Elizabeth was a fabulous host, everything thought of. If you are looking for tranquility, comfort and home from home, this is the place for you. Loved it. Thank you so much. PS. extra love for Beau and Lopez who made us smile so much.

Thanks for a great stay, Sue. The perfect spot for our cycling and golf weekend. The house was very cosy and comfortable, and had everything we needed. Lovely surroundings and two great pubs within walking distance. We would definitely stay again.

We have had a fabulous weekend! The cottage was beautiful and more than we expected. It is in a great location, we only stayed 2 nights but we did so much ! We visited Diddly squat farm shop, ate at the Farmers dog pub, explored Chadlington, walked around the Rollright stones and we stumbled across the wonderful pub The Harrow Inn where we were welcomed by the locals and my husband entertained them while playing the piano! Tracy was a great host and was able to answers any queries etc and the little touches she left at the property were a lovely unexpected bonus !

king John's Barn is a wonderful property with stunning views. It is very dog friendly with a stair gate provided to stop our 2 year old cocker spaniel from dashing upstairs. Our Son and his partner joined us for the weekend and the self contained bedroom/ensuite was perfect. Many thanks Vicky for accommodating them at such short notice. The location is ideal to see all the Cotswolds have to offer. We had a marvellous break.

Ideal location for visiting family in Oxford. Spacious, comfortable and homely, and spotlessly clean. Very peaceful spot.

This loft is a real slice of tranquility. It’s cosy and homely with fantastic views through massive picture windows. A well thought out space with everything you need for an extended stay. The roof terrace is the perfect enhancement - private, spacious Loved the ability to experience the night skies (no light pollution) and hear beautiful spring birds. Ideal location to enjoy a sundowner while the sunsets over the fields. Fab hosts that are there if you need anything. I’d heartedly recommend staying here and would love to return soon.

We had a wonderful stay in Witney. Devin was very helpful and communicative and allowed an early check in which after a long flight was much appreciated. The house was easy to find, had accessible parking and was easy walking distance to the town. The house was lovely, with 3 double bedrooms. The sitting area was large and it had a fully fitted kitchen and pretty outside area. It was also very quiet, with no traffic noise. I would highly recommend this house for a stay in Witney.
