It was a pleasure to stay at Josefa's beautiful home- the perfect retreat to come home to after a long day exploring the sights of Paris! We loved staying in Montreuil - being from London it was comforting to us that we stayed in a multiculturally diverse neighbourhood. We felt safe throughout our time here. The house is well insulated from noise and the air conditioning kept us constantly comfortable whenever we needed it. Our family had a wonderful time here- and we created lasting memories and bonds. We hope to be back in the near future! Thank you Josefa!

We had a pleasant stay in this small outbuilding which is located on Pascal and Marion's grounds. We were able to enjoy the Disneyland Park not far from their place. it allowed us to rest after big days. i highly recommend Pascal and Marion's cottage. Looking forward to coming back if we repeat Disneyland or other activities.

We had a wonderful stay! The place was very comfortable, clean and perfect for families with kids. Our little ones immediately felt comfortable – there was enough space to play and even a few toys on site. The host was incredibly friendly, helpful and always responsive, which made our stay even more enjoyable. We will be happy to come back!

Perfect place to spend an night near Parc Asterix and Paris! Very cozy and clean, as is the same on the listing. On the very practical side, check-in is self-contained, without time constraints with all the complete explanations. Very good communication with Siham. Advise without hesitation!

This place was amazing! Best AirBnb we stayed at so far! We were a group that for 8 including a one year old. The house/garden was very beautiful, spacious and the driveway was big enough two large cars. We enjoyed stay and will book again if we are visiting the area again.

Nothing to say, very well-equipped accommodation. My son and his fiancée had a very good time. Very responsive at any time, she answers and finds the solution. This is a perfect place for a short stay in Paris. It is very convenient for the metro line, just a 5 minute walk. There are good restaurants nearby and the house is in close proximity to a supermarket and boulangerie. The host and hostess were most welcoming, even coming around with croissants on our first morning. The house is spacious and very clean - it is equipped with all the mod-cons. We would be delighted to stay there again.

Small bottle of white to give us a welcome. The cat Louna made our stay with the kids even more enjoyable. Thanks to Christine and her family.

The place is truly exceptional! Unfortunately, we did not have time to enjoy the outdoor facilities but we hope to return. Excellent bedding, super nice house. The small steps made our 11-month-old granddaughter very happy, who went up and down them with great joy.

I just spent a week in the accommodation, I was welcomed by Axelle's dad, sociable, warm smile and very clear on the instructions, the small house was clean and well equipped, the inner courtyard is a + as well as the location to park your vehicle. I would highly recommend this property. I don't understand the two negative reviews out of 57 at all, I think these people are really in a bad mood. Many thanks Axelle for this exceptional property at a reasonable price.

Second stay and just as well received. Impeccable accommodation, very comfortable. Great for getting back from a stay at Disneyland before coming home! Very friendly hosts who respond quickly to questions.

The accommodation is functional and can accommodate four occupants without difficulty. As soon as we arrived, we noticed that the space had been prepared for us. At the same time, we arrived and left at our convenience. Céline was always very responsive in her answers, and always very cordial, whether before our arrival, during the stay or during our departure. In short, we will definitely recommend this place.

My stay at the house was very good overall. The location is excellent — just a short walk to the train, and you can reach the center of Paris in about 15 minutes, which was super convenient. The house itself was clean, well-kept, and cozy — it felt great to come back to after a day out in the city. There were just a few small things that could be improved. I missed having disposable slippers — I didn’t bring any with me due to limited luggage space, and ended up walking in socks, which got dirty pretty quickly on the floors. Also, it would’ve been nice to have some shampoo provided in the bathroom, as we had to go out and buy it ourselves. One thing I didn’t quite understand was the requirement to strip all the bed linens upon checkout, especially since I had already paid an extra €150 for cleaning. It felt a bit unnecessary. Still, these were very minor issues. Overall, I had a great experience and would happily stay here again.

We are going to Paris for my cousin's concert and very frankly Baboune's husband welcomed us very warmly, he offered us tea upon arrival, the accommodation was clean and the photos of the accommodation corresponded to the real accommodations!! Just a few minutes' walk from the station, the location is both quiet and convenient — with fast food options and a delicious bakery nearby, it was a perfect environment. The address was clear and accurate, making it easy for our Uber drivers to find without any issues. Inside the building, everything was spotless. The kitchen was spacious and well-equipped with a variety of dishes, the refrigerator was large, and the bathtub offered plenty of room to relax. We are truly filled with gratitude. What made this place truly exceptional was the fact that there were six private bedrooms — something quite rare to find within central Paris. On top of that, the host kindly arranged an additional mattress in another room, allowing all seven of us to stay comfortably. It is not easy to stay at 10 in Paris and its nearby suburbs, also, even if the house is quite far from the center of Paris, with the obligation to take tiring public transport, it was a beautiful address to remember that allowed us to rest in comfort.
