The neighborhood is, in my opinion, one of the most beautiful and authentic in Paris, and Carol's apartment reflects what, for me as an Italian, Paris is: romantic, charming, unpretentious, yet cozy, and furnished with simplicity, taste, and plants __ A delightful friend of Carol showed us how to access the apartment and described the house to us. We had a wonderful time!

Amazing week in Paris at Stephanie’s apartment. Amazingly located to the high end area by St Germain des près. The apartment was perfect for my daughter, and felt so peaceful despite its location. We loved that we could walk to Le Bon Marché in 10mn or the Seine and Le pont des Arts and Louvre in 10mn too, brilliant place to explore the city, in fact we walked everywhere by foot! The appartement was also beautifully decorated and felt special.

Marie's sweet, tiny apartment is a gem! Only a few stairs away from Sacré Coeur in a bustling neighborhood, the apartment itself though is quiet and a perfect place to stay. We loved it and would definitely come back, not least because Marie has been absolutely generous with the check-in and check-out times, which made our short trip so much more comfortable. Thank you, Marie!

Peggy is a perfect hostess. Despite a late arrival, Peggy waited for me to welcome me, gave me all the necessary explanations. She is very warm and wants us to be comfortable in her apartment. And when I needed information, Peggy responded very quickly to my message. The apartment is very clean, with all amenities nearby. Very well located without any overlooking. This apartment is very nice. I recommend it.

Claudia truly went above and beyond as a host during my stay in Paris. From the moment I arrived, she greeted my boyfriend and me with a warm smile and a sense of hospitality that instantly made us feel at home. She thoughtfully brought over fresh, buttery croissants and a bottle of red wine, a perfect touch to start my Parisian experience. Every detail of her apartment reflected the charm and elegance of the city—cozy, stylish, and well-appointed with everything I needed. The location couldn’t have been better. Nestled in the heart of Paris, it was just steps away from iconic Parisian landmarks, quaint cafés, and cultural treasures. As I was in the city for work, the proximity to key business districts made my stay incredibly convenient. Yet, after a long day, it was also the perfect retreat, offering peace and comfort in the midst of the city’s vibrant energy. I can’t help but long for the Parisian life again—the way Claudia made everything feel effortless and unforgettable ❤️

A lovely flat convenient for our family needs. We love the patisserie opposite the location is great for exploring. The flat is larger than appears in photos and very well equipped. There is some road noise as it a busy area but the beautiful construction of the windows doesn’t lend itself to double glazing. We adapted after a night. Code to enter, code for key box so all quite simple to access.

We had a great stay at Jean Louie's! The apartment looks like in the pictures, it's close to lots of food places, including bakeries (1 minute away) and very diverse restaurants. It is well equipped, mattress comfortable and had plenty of towels. It's very bright, with large windows. you may want to bring your own shampoo or get one after you arrive. The building itself is very well maintained and cleaned, with an elevator that plays classical music. One of those little things that can brighten your day. Getting the keys from the neighbor was very easy and communication smooth. So was the departure. I highly recommend this place for a longer or shorter stay.

We had a fabulous three night stay at Caroline‘s place, which was only an eight minute walk from our friends’ hotel. We loved that there were so many restaurant options near us and that the canal was just around the corner. The apartment is quite small, but efficient; the bathroom is clean and the kitchen had everything we needed to make coffee. We just need to carry our suitcases up the short series of steps which isn’t a problem, but it may be for others. Overall, because of the location and how compact this Airbnb was, we would recommend for Lowe’s looking to explore the day like we did.

Jean-Marc’s place was in a quiet building inspite of being close to the lively area of Moulan Rouge. There were many restaurants and shops to choose from for our daily needs. (Plus some upscale shops like Pierre Herme fir fancy macarons and chocolates.) It was 15 min walk up to the Sacre Coeur Basilica. Only thing I wished for was linens for the kitchen. I washed few glasses, cups, and plates every night and paper towels are thin in Europe to dry. So not a big problem, but a wish. We were allowed to check in few hours early due to our train schedule and that was so nice! Inna came to meet us and explained everything in the beginning. The elevator in the building was a plus! Overall, we had a nice stay!

We enjoyed staying here as we were only there for a night and didn’t mind taking the public transportation to go sightseeing. It was very spacious. It being on the ground flood after walking miles all day was a major plus!

My girlfriend and I stayed at Stephane and Marie’s place and can’t say enough about how special their apartment is. The photos don’t do it justice. Marie met us and showed us into the apt. She let us leave our bags there early while it was being cleaned. The courtyard is beautiful and quiet. We each had our own beautiful bed & bath, which we really appreciated. The kitchen is small but well equipped for our 4 night stay. The local neighborhood was very walkable and a stones throw to the Luxembourg Gardens. We easily caught Uber’s right in front of our place. The apt. was our serenity after a days worth of seeing the sights and shopping in a very crowded Paris! Merci Marie et Stephane!

Excellent location, restaurants of all tastes nearby, 5 minutes from the Eiffel tower, despite being first floor and next to the street, it is very quiet and does not feel noise, the host responds very quickly to your concerns, I definitely recommend it and would come back again.

Jeanne’s place was fantastic and really convenient as it was placed right next to a metro station. The unit was very large and quiet.

We had a pleasant stay, the accommodation is spotless and everything is available. The only downside is the hot water, which takes a long time to arrive. This could have been compensated by a functional thermostat in the hot tub, because once the water has cooled, it is unfortunately not possible to readjust the temperature.

Sophie's apartment is in a quiet neighborhood and with everything you need, supermarket, bakery... It is close to the metro stop, 10 minutes walk, very comfortable to visit Paris. Communication with Sophie was perfect!

Had an amazing stay at this Airbnb! The space was spotless and well-equipped, offering all the comforts we needed. The hot tub and sauna were fantastic additions, perfect for relaxing. The host was very available for any questions we might have. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking to get away and recharge. Well-deserved five stars!

A pretty nice place, the host is the best, super friendly and helpful, the location is excellent you can get there by metro or bus perfectly and you can go by metro to the center of Paris without a problem take the L line (I think it's a tram) it's a 4-minute walk from the accommodation. The place is super clean and well organized... enough space for 4 people, the jacuzzi was amazing!! The only bad thing would be maybe the stairs for access but it is completely worth going up them! You have everything close by, market, restaurant, cafe, everything you need! In general we really enjoyed our stay, Martin was incredible with us!! This is a 100% recommended accommodation!! Thank you Martin for the help, advice and above all for your wonderful hospitality!

We stayed one night. Benjamin is a very cool, accommodating host and communication went very well. The accommodation was amazing: spacious, refined decoration, very comfortable bed, very functional place. The apartment is quiet, it's very pleasant. Big + for the terrace with a hanging chair, two comfortable deckchairs and a luxurious jacuzzi. I will definitely be back:)
