Chalet vacation rentals in County Galway

Such a lovely spot! Jennifer was lovely and let us borrow a few bikes (and helmets) to explore the area, which was brilliant

Excellent accommodation, very clean and well looked after. The kitchen was great and well stocked with pots and pans. Bedrooms were spacious with good clothes storage space. Both bedrooms are ensuite too which is nice. John was easy to communicate with and very helpful.

We enjoyed our stay at Bill’s lodge. We were unlucky with the weather for the first 2 days but after that we were able to spend our time enjoying the walks of the local area! The proximity of the lodge to the local forest and its various walks was a real bonus and our dog companion really enjoyed them too! It was a real treat to wake up and find deer grazing on the grass by the lodge too 😍

What a pleasant stay we had in Birgid's cozy chalet! We felt right at home, and even better with the adorable golden retriever Sasha so friendly🥰! The location is ideal for discovering the entire Galway, Connemara or Cliffs of Moher area. As for our hosts, they were very welcoming and caring, with very good recommendations. One regret, not having had time to come and see the camogie game😉! We'll be back then! 🤗

Cosy little base for exploring Galway and Clare. Trisha’s chalet is a little gem in a quiet location not far from M18 - perfect for exploring Galway, Connemara, Burren and Cliffs of Moher. Trisha has put a lot of thought into creating this home away from home. The chalet was spotless, beds comfortable and kitchen had everything we needed to cook in the evenings. Trisha is a most welcoming hostess - she quickly answered any queries we had before and during our stay. I have no hesitation in recommending and hope to return one day.

We had a wonderful time in the beautiful chalet, just sorry we weren't staying longer. Perfect place to relax and switch off, even the dog didn't want to leave. Our girls loved spending so much time with the horses, both riding and helping out and are already planning their next visit. The staff were so friendly and accommodating which added to a wonderful experience.

We had a great stay! The area felt remote and rustic but near enough to Galway to experience its restaurants and nightlife! Patrick was very helpful with local and day trip recommendations, and the place was quite clean and new!

Kathleen and Emily greeted us at arrival and showed us around the home. They were so friendly and made us feel right at home. They also left us some goodies in the refrigerator. An added bonus was meeting their dog, Buddy, who took an instant liking to my son. Should we ever have the opportunity to visit the area again, we will definitely check to see if they have openings.
