Villa vacation rentals in Cotignac

We had a lovely few days in this beautiful location! It has the wow factor with the beautiful pool and the partial view of the sea, beautiful palm trees and plants all around! The inside is clean and minimalist but has everything you need. It was calm and super private, it was everything we needed to relax and recharge our batteries! There’s a boulangerie 5mn walking and a groceries store very close by, also some beautiful walk in nature at the door step! Thanks to Eric who was very helpful and great communication.

A lovely stay. Nathalie welcomed us perfectly. The house is superb, small downside on the 4th bedroom which is without air conditioning and in the basement (redevelopment of a garage but mentioned in the listing), however, 3 children slept there without problem. Thanks again for a great stay!

I booked the villa for a vacation with 11 friends. We were fully surprised when we arrived because the villa is extraordinary and is 1000 times better than what the photos show. The interior is comfortable, modern and very optimized (EVERYTHING you need to feel at home is in the villa!). There are no photos of the two bathrooms on Airbnb but these two bathrooms are modern (Italian shower + Italian shower and bathtub in the 2nd) which is very comfortable. The bedrooms are large and with plenty of storage space. The villa is very spacious which allows everyone to have their own space. The balconies and terraces on every floor are a huge plus. The pool and outdoor space are just perfect! The outdoor bar totally won us over and the garden is very large which allowed us to play spike ball, badminton, volleyball, ping pong… A big thank you for this wonderful stay! Our stay at this beautiful house was just perfect. The location is idyllic and quiet, ideal for a relaxing break. The house is stylishly furnished, very clean and offers all the amenities you could want. The hosts were incredibly friendly, quickly accessible and gave us many valuable tips for the area. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Sam’s villa! Sam was very helpful, he responded quickly and was also very accommodating and supplied the villa with pool floats etc, upon request. The villa was amazing for a big group, there was loads to do and it was incredibly peaceful and private. The house and pool were very well kept and also the beds were very comfortable. We would definitely recommend this villa and would love to return in the future!

Perfect villa for a family stay for 10. We really enjoyed the ping pong table, the petanque court and of course the pool (which is perfectly safe for children) as well as the layout of the house and the 3 bathrooms. The house is well located for visiting Le Castellet, the Calanques de Cassis, etc. And thank you to Bruno for his very good hospitality!

Great stay with even better hosts. They responded very quickly, were always ready for issues and we got a breakfast package ourselves as a surprise. The view was really great and the stay itself was perfectly fine. It was also a very nice holiday for our 2 dogs. Nice area to take beautiful walks. In short, a great stay that can't be criticized.

We - 2 people - stayed 11 nights in Natalie's house. On one side the unobstructed view of the sea and the Gulf of St. Tropez, on the other the view to the green and rolling hills of the hinterland. The surroundings are incredible - as is the house itself. Absolutely quiet secluded location, high-quality and stylish amenities as well as wonderfully maintained plants and greenery around the house. The pool is large and also very suitable for swimming, the kitchen is very well equipped, as is the entire outdoor area. From our side, Natalie's house is an absolute recommendation for anyone looking for peace, loving and appreciating a stylish environment as well as having the leisure for the view. Communication very good, the last meters of the journey steep - but without problems to cope with any CAR.

Ideal location with indescribably beautiful views, good amenities especially in the kitchen. We would come back. Only the duvets are not covered, only thin sheets in between.

We had an exceptional stay! Virginia and her husband were very attentive… Small (big) touches on arrival, pastries one beautiful morning... not to mention all that the house already offered us! The house is exactly what we were looking for. It's a very quiet place but close to everything, with all the necessary amenities and more! I highly recommend and thank the hosts again for their kindness and hospitality!

The house is beautiful, clean and modern with stunning views. Wonderful swimming pool, pétanque and a plancha grill. Very peaceful and relaxing. The hosts were excellent, very responsive whenever we had a question. Highly recommend the épicerie Olei nature and the Boucherie l'Artisanale for delicious meat (black angus was amazing) as well as a good selection of prepared dishes and vegetables. Definitely plan on going back!

Great experience in a beautiful house! I really enjoyed my stay at this Airbnb. The house was great: clean, nicely furnished and equipped with every comfort. Everything was taken care of to the last detail, which immediately made for a warm and welcome feeling. The surroundings were also beautiful – wonderfully quiet, beautiful nature and yet all easily accessible. Whether you wanted to hike, cycle or just unwind, it was all possible. Joel's house is a haven of peace! It's even better than I thought. Everything was clean and tidy, but what I liked most of all was the view from inside the house by opening all the windows onto the mountains, the Alps. Jean Luc is a very friendly and very welcoming host. He provided us with valuable tips for our stay (visits, restaurants...). The accommodation located in the quiet of a cul-de-sac is very comfortable and ideal for 4 people. Everything necessary is provided. What to say about the outside which is great... We were able to have a lovely time. The accommodation is ideally located 1 km from the motorway exit ( about 25 minutes drive from the old port ) and 3 km from Cassis. In short: everything was perfect, the communication, the space and the exteriors! We will return without any hesitation to Jean Luc's.

Very nice, modern home with a very friendly and responsive host. Very quiet area a little more in the interior, so a car is a must. The private swimming pool and jacuzzi are top notch. For us, there were 2 downsides: beds are on the smaller side for 2 people (140x200) and the pool is not heated (less ideal with children out of season). For the rest, everything was great.

We arrived with the children and grandchildren and found a great and modern villa as described. After the introduction by the very likeable and friendly "mom", we immediately felt comfortable. The house is very well furnished with everything you need in a vacation. We particularly liked sitting on the terrace and enjoying the magnificent views. The place itself offers a very good bakery and a small supermarket for the essentials. In addition, the starting point for beautiful trips and activities in this magnificent area is ideal.

We went to ride at the Paul Ricard circuit, and we spent 2 nights which went wonderfully, I recommend this listing!

Responsive, discreet and punctual! Perfect hosting. Regarding the accommodation, it is pleasant, ideally located to discover the region, 2 minutes from the highway, among the vineyards with the sea visible in the distance… Panoramic bays and maintained pool, 10/10! Thanks again!
