Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Costa Occidental

Graca's House was a wonderful place to stay with plenty of space for a whole family though we were only 2. The roof has seating for over 10 with a decent sized BBQ which allows for sun for most of the evenings. Faro's historic centre/ port is a little over 5 minutes away, shops are only 2 blocks away. The bed was comfy and sizeable, the kitchen was very well equipped and had everything one could reasonably need. 2 bathrooms with toilets were also well presented. If your looking for a place in Faro whether it be 2 people or 8. Gracas place is well recommended and I would stay there again if I return to Faro! Graca is a great host and supplied us with accurate location for bins , plenty of shopping and food recommendations too.

Lovely traditional fisherman's cottage. Beautifully decorated and equipped with everything you might need. Two bathrooms are very welcome . The outside space is lovely at any time of day. . .The stairs could be challenging for people with mobility issues but we had no problem. The air-conditioning worked very well. The wifi is excellent and great to have Netflix. Norbert is a thoughtful and responsive host

Viktorija's Casa Rosa is fantastic, everything was perfect. The location in Olhão is great and the apartment is equipped with everything you could wish for. I would definitely come back, had a great stay!

We’ve just spent a relaxing week at Quinta do Sol. We loved that the location is rural and peaceful but there’s a supermarket 5 minutes drive and Tavira town about 10 minutes drive and beaches not much further. The house is comfortably furnished with good kitchen and bathrooms. We really enjoyed the pool and shady terrace area (which is about 100m from the house) Sophie met us at the house even though we arrived at 9pm and was always really responsive to any messages. We accidentally locked ourselves out and she came quickly to our rescue! She also recommended some great beaches. We would definitely stay again.

This has to be the cleanest Airbnb ever! Spotless Met by host mum and she was delightful, lots of information about the area , she really was a lovely welcome . The apartment is really better than the photos, steps away from the river and the square. Lovely to have access to a private patio in a shared courtyard. Would love to revisit

We had the very best time staying at Paula's place in Portugal! Paula was super friendly and communication from the beginning was straightforward and quick. We are particularly grateful that, after a short consultation, we were allowed to stay until the late afternoon on the day of departure, although the check-out would actually have been at 11 o'clock. This really made our last day relaxed as our flight didn't go until the evening. The apartment was very clean and cozy, especially the bed was super comfy! A real highlight was the roof terrace, simply fantastic with the view, perfect for relaxing. We highly recommend the place and would come back anytime. Thank you, Paula!

The apartment was well located near the sea with a side sea view. There was lots of space and the partner was well equipped and easy to stay in. It’s a clean convenient safe place to stay and would suit a larger group well. Thank you so much Miguel.

As other guests have mentioned, you are staying in a real home, not a place outfitted for short-term rentals. The kitchen was extremely well equipped, with a large fridge and ample cupboard space. Gabriela instructed us on restaurants and grocery shopping. The comfort of the apartment proved especially welcome, as we had a number of rainy cool days at the beginning of our stay, so remaining indoors was not a hardship. There is a large living room and dining area, the bedrooms are large and spacious, there is heating in each bedroom and the living room, there are throw rugs on the floor for warmth against the cool tiles, there are bedside tables and lights on both sides of each bed, and the terrace is large with spectacular views of Tavira. The steps up from the road to get to the neighborhood were a nonissue for us—they are easily manageable. We rented a car for a few days and there was a parking spot for us. There are no downsides to Gabriela’s beautiful unit.

Great check in with Bruno who showed us around, he runs the cafe round the corner (Kais Cafe), very good snacks and drinks. The apartment was massive with everything you needed, lovely private terrace and amazing views from the roof terrace. Close to some lovely restaurants and the beach, everything within walking distance. We did not meet Isidoro, but he was very helpful and even offered us use of the bikes in the garage 😄

Very nice apartment, great location!

The apartment was exactly as described, clean and with everything we needed for our stay. The terrace was lovely on a sunny afternoon. The location was great - right in the centre of Faro. There were plenty of good restaurants within walking distance and the apartment was also less than 10 mins walk to the ferry for the beach and the train station.

Amazing place and beautiful location

This condo is onde of the Best. Very warm welcome from Laura, she took the time to explain everything, very good suggestions for restaurant, etc. The condo is well furnished, nice decoration, the kitchen has all the convenience and more, the beds are very comfy, and the location is prime! I definetely recommand this condo and hope will return!

We felt so lucky to have found this wonderful and spacious apartment with its amazing terrace (perfect for sunbathing!). The apartment itself is extremely well appointed and Mary and Roger have provided absolutely everything you could need, with plenty of cutlery, crockery and glasses (and dishwasher tabs). There were also beach towels if you needed them, a great little electric barbecue grill, loads of seating on the terrace … it seemed that anything you might want was already there, and there was loads of space for the two of us. Olhao itself is a beautiful town and perfect for wandering around. We had a fabulous week there and would definitely recommend both this apartment and town to anyone who’s looking for a not too touristy part of the Algarve to visit.

We have a great time as a family here, we would recommend. The pool is enormous and a unique setting and a lovely place to spend some time after exploring.

My husband and I have stayed in this apartment twice time, we spent some pleasant weeks. It is very comfortable, every detail is think to make you feel good, like candles and air fresheners. The kitchen is equipped, you can easily cook, in the bedroom you sleep very well, fantastic pillows and bed, bathroom with large shower. It has a nice balcony with a pool view. The area is quiet, close to the Tavirw center, the supermarket, the shopping center. The owner, Joana is the best lady, always available to give you advice, punctual in communicating information for check-in and check-out. She responds quickly to questions. The apartment is recommended

It was great time , great place and great Rui. Apartment really clean and has everything that you can need. We have breakfast at home( all equipment at your service), for lunch and dinner we choose every time different restaurant and enjoy best food . Beach just couple minute away. Spain and Portugal was so nice even at off season time. We think our vacation in Manta Rota at Rui's apartment was good idea, hope to do this again!

Beautifully presented, well located apartment with amenities. Just a short stroll from the town centre which has all you could need for a few days away, and just a short taxi from Faro Centre and Airport. The rooftop pool is clean and quiet, and a brilliant way to spend an afternoon.

The description fully matches what we found, the apartment has everything, everything is very clean, the beds are very comfortable. Very good area with restaurants and supermarkets within a 5-minute walk. Access to the beach is just a few minutes' walk through a pedestrian area in front of the exit of the residential development. We will definitely be back.
