Simply perfect. Carlos's bungalow exceeded all our expectations: it is even more beautiful than the photos, decorated with exquisite taste and with every detail thought out to make the stay comfortable and cozy. The cleanliness was impeccable and the natural light that comes in during the morning makes it even more special. But best of all is its unbeatable location, just steps from the beach! Waking up and having breakfast with the sound of the sea was a real luxury. Carlos was an exceptional host: friendly, attentive and always available to help us with anything. Definitely one of the best homes we've been to. We'll be back!

Christina is a great host. The apartment was as described and well equipped.

We enjoyed the beautiful large house with two balconies. Especially the upper balcony had great views! Bayarque is a beautiful small village surrounded by magnificent nature. We especially liked the walk to Cueva de Paloma! Among other things, we went to the desert of Tabernas and to the sea. You can get anywhere. The workspace to work remotely is super nice and all worked fine. And most importantly, the host is really the best! We had problems with our car and he was so nice and really helped us super well. Ivan, you get 10 stars from us!

Very good stay, Sébastien's house is functional, well-equipped. It has a small terrace on the street with a lovely view of the sea but especially at the back, kitchen side, a quiet courtyard surrounded by the gardens of discreet neighbors. It's a good place to rest and dine. Beautiful beaches in Cabo de Gata Natural Park and also some nice hikes. Sébastien is also a responsive host A practical house to recommend

We loved our stay! The accommodation was basic, but everything we needed and its great value for money. Host was helpful. The village and surroundings was absolutely charming. Perfect for a simple, relaxing getaway.

The house is very comfortable, with everything you need and well tidy. The terrace is wonderful and the whole house is cozy and comfortable. Exceptional architectural work playing with the glass that provides a very well studied luminosity, on the top floor you have an exceptional view from any angle. Nijar is a beautiful village, I recommend the climb to the Atalaya passing through the old town, you are also half an hour from the best beaches of Cabo de Gata. Peter is very attentive and punctual, he showed us all the details of the house and we had a very nice chat with him. I certainly recommend her place.

The experience is highly recommended, both for Antonio's kindness and helpfulness and for how ideal the apartment is. We were also able to travel with our dog, which is not usually easy. Thank you very much Antonio, we hope to return! :)

We had a wonderful few days at Bartolome's place. The apartment has everything we needed to be comfortable, the view from the kitchen and dining/livingroom is spectacular, and overall the apartment feels really calm and comfortable. Sitting by the pool overlooking Las Negras and the sea in the distance was heaven. You can easily walk down to the village, for short trips or an evening drink. The pool is so nice, and gets sun pretty much all day. The outside kitchen/BBQ really make it convenient to eat-in during the evenings if you prefer. Great shower too. We felt super comfortable overall and communicating with Bartolome was smooth and easy. We'll be back for sure.

very pleasant stay, gino superhost welcomed us in a very friendly way. Bottles of water were waiting for us in the fridge. A bottle of wine on the living room table and he accompanied us for our check-in. Very functional equipment.

We were looking for a place near the beach for a extended weekend get away, the apartments location is fantastic, right on the beach boulevard, with plenty of fantastic restaurants and cafes right on the door step, Lien was incredibly helpful, gave us some fantastic restaurant recommendations and was flexible in both check in and check out. I would highly recommend and definitely plan on visiting again in the near future!

The accommodation is a 5 min walk from the beach, it has very good restaurants nearby, and is 15 min from the port, where there are many nightlife venues. It is a very quiet area, the apartment was spotless and a very good host.

The apartment has a beautiful setting right next to the beach with a cute balcony to admire the views when eating or relaxing. The accommodation is spacious with a minimalist feel. The bathrooms and bedrooms are very comfortable. The kitchen/living area is the jewel of the flat with excellent, spacious facilities to cook and relax. There are restaurants and bars very near by and people are friendly. There is a large modern shopping complex a 15 minute walk away although we found local facilities rather limited. There is a long promenade in each direction which is great for long walks/bike rides. We loved cooking, relaxing walking and admiring the views, a prefect apartment for all of those.

Nerea was wonderful with us, very friendly and very helpful, she responds to messages very quickly and we loved the apartment, which has a very good location.

We stayed in the apartment for a week. A lovely place, with lots of privacy, a good bed and nice garden. Unfortunately, the weather was a bit disappointing when we were there, but we enjoyed ourselves excellently in the area and enjoyed the apartment. When the sun came out, there was always a place to sit in the sun in the garden. Jofrey is very kind and helpful and always reachable. Thanks for the good time !

We stayed 7 nights. The apartment has exceeded our expectations. Really everything is available and well maintained. Attention has been paid to the smallest details. Daniel waited for us and showed us around the apartment. He is friendly, helpful and always available and responds immediately to messages. The location is great because you are on the outskirts of the city and on the one hand you are on the highway quite quickly and on the other hand you are a 15-minute walk from the beach. The old town is about 35 minutes' walk. As Daniel described in his advertisement, the indoor underground garage is only suitable for a small car. We have a Citroën Picasso C4 and it is too large. But this is not a problem because there is always free parking in the neighborhood. We have always been able to park the car across the street from the apartment on the main street. The apartment was very nicely decorated and very clean. We felt right at home. The view of the sea was magnificent. Unfortunately, the washing machine was broken, but the hostess recommended a laundry and reimbursed us the costs. Due to the location by the sea, there were unfortunately many mosquitoes that had haunted us every night despite the mosquito spray in the apartment. Construction is currently underway in front of the residential complex. From 7 am, we had construction noise. Unfortunately, the towels smelled musty after the first use, but otherwise we were very satisfied and would come back at any time.

Lovely stay at Friederike and her husband Joaquin's place. Your independent house, with a beautiful private terrace, a quiet place that respects nature and animals. The house has all the essentials and is very close to the village (10 min walk). Equipped with a fan in the living room, a heater for winter and mosquito nets on all the windows, it is advisable to bring something else for mosquitoes. We spent a few really quiet days, they are an attentive couple, super friendly and we loved their care for the environment and their kittens.

The stay was like the movie 'Field of Dreams'. I will return for longer stay next time. The location of this place transports you to a remote village. It is not just the super hosts that makes you feel welcomed. The whole village does too. Neighbors would bring us fruits and vegetables. You wouldn't think that villages like this still existed. I really liked the apartment and the owner Pavel was always in touch. Clean, beautiful and with a great view. Convenient location, close to a large supermarket and bus stops. Very nice and hospitable owner, for which we thank him very much.

Good accommodation in an apartment complex. Everything is really as shown in the pictures! When we were there, some maintenance was being done on the apartments, so it was a little noisy at times. It didn't bother us much, because otherwise it's very quiet there. In the morning, many birds chirp and the many green plants and palm trees convey a feeling of oasis - wonderful! The apartment itself was great. The apartment could have used a little more dishes and cutlery, but we were also traveling with 5 people. Alvaro gives clear instructions, but unfortunately sometimes responds late or not at all, or the answer is incorrect. Check-in and check-out were nevertheless very straightforward and well prepared without contact. All in all: we enjoyed the days and can recommend the accommodation!

We had the most amazing stay at this beautiful place. Upon arrival we were met by the lovely owner who showed us around and was available to answer any questions. The house was extremely clean and had everything that we needed for our stay. The view was absolutely amazing! This place is a hidden gem and we will definitely be going back to stay there. A little paradise!!! This cozy apartment is located right in front of the sea, where the constant sound of waves and the sea breeze create an atmosphere of calm and relaxation. It has a simple but charming decoration. The terrace offers a panoramic view of the ocean, perfect for enjoying the sunrise with a cup of coffee. The space is compact but functional. The terrace has a small table, two chairs and a sofa that completes this coastal retreat, ideal for watching the sunset or simply disconnecting.

The place is excellent and the apartment is excellent. One thing I really felt was not having a charging point for an electric car, a simple outlet in the garage pillar would solve the issue. That's the tip! Voltaria fácil!
