We had a wonderful stay in the apartment. We especially loved the pool, partly because of the beautiful view. The apartment is richly equipped and is in an ideal place to explore surrounding villages and cities. In short, recommended!

Marco's house is in a very central area, near Pincetto station. Comfortable for those who arrive by train but also for those who want to avoid the ascent of Perugia, thanks to the presence of escalators and elevators nearby. Fully furnished and exactly as described, as well as super clean! Good communication with the host. Thanks for everything!

Cristina is an ideal host: kind and helpful. The house, very spacious, is tastefully furnished but at the same time it turns out to be practical and comfortable. The cleanliness is impeccable. It is in the center but you can park nearby and it is also very quiet. Highly recommended !

Very beautiful apartment ! Spacious for 7 adults

We visited from California after traveling throughout Europe for 2 weeks. We were pretty sick of rubbing shoulders with other tourists. Our stay at this residence completely recharged us. The staff is wonderful, the pool is so nice (especially in this heat), delicious dinner, and all is in a secluded, magical location. The spa was a real treat at the end. Never experienced something like this before, it was amazing. Totally a five star experience.

Gabriele is a great host. We communicated easily. The structure matches the description made and from the house you can easily reach the city center.

We stayed with Sonia and Roberto for two days on New Year's Eve 2025. Before our arrival, they were kind enough to make sure we didn't have any food allergies to prepare a welcome kit for us and they left us their phone numbers for any eventuality. When we arrived, we had difficulty finding the place and they were kind enough to be found on the street. In addition, they have always been responsive, flexible, and provided us with all the necessary information about transportation and taxis. Roberto was kind enough to personally take us to the station when we left. It's very tidy and clean, but a little far from downtown if you want to walk around (35 minutes). It is well served by means of transport, available until around 8:30 pm.

Great family run place! Welcomed and greeted by Robert’s mother with a glass of wine that Robert made himself. Robert’s mom doesn’t speak any English but she was just so sweet and welcoming. The view is gorgeous and this place is a true agritiursimo with active vineyard and olive farms. Highly recommend.

Awesome choice of house in the countryside of San Quirico in Val D 'orcia, although there are villages more advertised like Pienza or Montepulciano, feel free to choose the stay in San Quirico, nice house cozy and city close to the village !!!

Antonello's apartment is very convenient for visiting Perugia on foot, being a short walk from the historic center of the city. From here you can also visit the other areas in a short time by car. Antonello is very friendly and professional and we felt comfortable in his home. Since we are also hosts in Venice, we shared information and issues related to our work; advice is always welcome. We will definitely be back.

Spacious apartment with a private outdoor space. The pool was refreshing at the end of a hot day. Eliza and her mother were friendly and helpful.

The apartment is on a small hill in Tuscany. From your own garden section you have breathtaking views of Siena and the great countryside. In the evening you can also enjoy the sunset there with a glass of wine. The apartment is stylishly decorated and offers everything you need. We felt very comfortable. The landlords were also very warm and helpful. Communication was always quick and smooth. We can only recommend the place!

We had a great time at Paola's Airbnb. It was well equipped for everything we needed. Paola was very responsive to all of our questions and had great recommendations. It was very nice having a garage for the car. Check in and check out were very simple. The mini metro is very close that can easily take you into the historical district. Wonderful Airbnb in Perugia. We would definitely stay here again.

We had such a wonderful stay! The location is truly idyllic. Unfortunately weather was not on our side and we’ve had some storms. Nonetheless there was enough to do around. The villages in the surrounding area offer great restaurants, bars and cultural activities. I can confidently recommend it!

Our family loved staying in Fernanda’s apartment! My husband and I had visited Montepulciano two years ago, stayed at Fernanda’s place and loved it so much we came back with our three boys. Everything is so lovely and welcoming and Fernanda is the best hostess. She even made local dinner reservations for us. Thank you for everything, Fernanda!!
