Hotel vacation rentals in Cortecito Beach

Elizabeth and the rest of the staff were amazing. They were very accomodating despite our language barrier. We will defiantly be coming back!

Der Aufenthalt in der Art Villa war absolut ok :-) Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis stimmt, die Zimmer wurden jeden Tag gereinigt und das Frühstück war ebenfalls völlig in Ordnung. In der Dusche muss man auf das heisse Wasser ein wenig warten, aber es kommt! Das liegt sicherlich eher an den lokalen Gegebenheiten. Insgesamt scheint es mir ein kleiner, mit Herzblut gepflegter Familienbetrieb zu sein :-) Einige kleine Supermärkte und etliche Restaurants befinden sich in direker Umgebung (500 Meter), es gibt eine Apotheke und wer ein wenig weiter schaut, der wird das liebevoll gestaltete und ebenso liebevoll betriebene "GracePlace" gleich um die Ecke finden - eines der besten Restaurants, das ich in der Domenikanischen Republik kennenlernen durfte <3

Muy buena ubicación si la idea es visitar el club de playa, el Hard Rock Casino y simplemente descansar. Eso si hay mucha construcción a los alrededores pero en el fin de semana no nos impactó. El servicio y comunicación fluyó sin problemas

Excelente experiencia alojando en Art Villa Hotel, mi estancia fue por 11 días, en primer lugar la ubicación es excelente por que es un lugar muy seguro y tranquilo, y segundo porque todo está muy cerca, caminando o en uber (restaurant, playa, supermercados, discoteca, etc.) Por otro lado, la habitación que nos tocó era bastante amplia, y cumplía con todas las condiciones y más. Quede muy contenta con la habitación, además, tienen una terraza increíble donde pasar el rato en la mañana o la tarde. Desayunos muy ricos. Finalmente, lo que más contentas nos dejo fue la buena atención y hospitalidad de las personas que trabajan ahí, especialmente Alex que siempre estuvo pendiente para darnos una solución ante cualquier necesidad, además, de su buena dispocisión y alegría. Les recomiendo este lugar totalmente, se van a sentir muy bien y tranquilos en su estadía. Muchas gracias!!

la habitación es grande y cómoda, tienen buen equipamiento y destacó el agua para tomar en los pasillos. muy rico el desayuno aunque si reservas por Airbnb tiene un cargo extra de 5usd.

Fantastic Stay at Nancy's place in Punta Cana! I had a wonderful stay at Apartahotel Grañada Honda by Nancy Rodriguez. The room was clean, nicely air-conditioned, nice bathroom, strong WiFi, lovely patio with hammock, and TV. The pool was big, clean, and refreshing, with plenty of lounge chairs and a poolside bar and restaurant offering a selection of food and drinks. The hotel is in a gated complex with parking and felt very safe, with small shops (colmados) within walking distance. You can hear traffic on the patio, but it was quiet once you're in the room. It’s listed in Punta Cana but it's actually on the outskirts: a 50-minute drive from the airport and 30 minutes from Bavaro — perfect if you have a rental car and want to be out of the city. Only 10 minutes to Playa Macao. Nancy is a truly fantastic host and her staff were friendly and helpful. Be sure to visit Rancho Real, her nearby cigar shop and poolside bar — a great spot to relax and pick up souvenirs. Highly recommend!

Luz was an incredible host! Super responsive and had some great tips. She arranged transport to and from the airport which is included in the stay by the resort, which was really nice. The resort was exactly as described. Smaller, but nice and clean with good food and some great staff. The Japanese restaurant was our favorite. We also got a massage which gave us access to the rest of the spa (hot tub, sauna, gym) the entire time we were there. The entertainment was awesome. We stayed over New Year’s Eve and the resort through a really cool party. And of course, the ocean was beautiful! We would definitely stay at one of Luz’ listings again!

Great place to stay, located in a very nice area. Very helpful if you’re just looking for a place to sleep and rest at night. No complaints🙌
