super séjour à capezzano vraiment calle et reposant . toute est commode dans ce logement vraiment grand est fonctionnel. pas mal de chose à faire pas très loin. pise 30 minute ,plage et bord de mer à 5 minutes . je recommande vraiment pour un week end ou des vacances en famille et entre amis . Struttura davvero molto curata nei dettagli! Oltre alla pulizia completa. Le indicazioni sono state chiare e la posizione è buona per spostarsi in auto tra la Liguria e la Toscana. Parcheggio su strada davanti al cancello di entrata, zona tranquilla con il fascino del fiume. La descrizione della struttura è precisa al reale quindi l'unica accortezza che indicherei è che può non essere troppo adatta a chi ma problemi a fare le scale essendo disposta su tre livelli.

We LOVED our stay at Sabrina’s. The apartment was beautiful and clean as a whistle. Sabrina was such a wonderful host and gave us some excellent local recommendations. I’d recommend this space to anyone seeking a lovely coastal Italian spot. Everything was 10/10!

The house was comfortable, spacious, well equipped. It was very peaceful to relax, wine and dine outside the house overlooking the beautiful sunset view of Tuscany vineyards. Veronica was friendly, responsive and gave us lots of recommendation to go around. Her mom welcomed us when we arrived, walk us through the whole place. She even gave us a bottle of wine! Veronica's parents live next door to the property which was very helpful when we have some questions. Her dad helped us hose down the dirt on our car wheels.

Die Gastgeber wahren sehr zuvorkommend. Die Einrichtung der Wohnung ist top, es hat alles was man braucht. Der Garten ist wunderschön. Preis-/Leistung stimmt total. Einziger Nachteil ist, dass der Rasen ohne Schuhe nicht begehbar war, weil das Gras so stark gepiekst hat. Die Unterkunft hat in unmittelbarer Nähe ein Restaurant (super lecker), eine Bar, Metzgerei und Bäckerei. Süsses Dörfchen und trotztem im Garten sehr ruhig. (Auch mit Hund ein Paradies)

Traumhafte Lage mit toller Aussicht in wunderschöner Umgebung mitten im Olivenhain, schöner geht’s nicht. Das Haus ist ein Traum, modern und großzügig mit allem was das Herz begehrt. Lucia, die Gastgeberin ist super freundlich und warmherzig. Es werden sämtliche Superlative erfüllt. Wir kommen wieder. 😃❤️🌞

We have enjoyed the stay in the house! Het ligt op een mooie plek. Is compleet met een heerlijk bed. Het uitzicht is fenomenaal! Op wandelafstand is een leuk en authentiek restaurant. Luca, La Spezia maar ook de lokale plaatjes in de buurt zijn leuk om te bezoeken. De gastvrouw spreekt meerdere talen, staat altijd voor je klaar en heeft leuke tips over de omgeving.

Das Haus der Malerin war entzückend. Es war alles vorhanden und die Dachterrasse ist etwas Besonderes. Die Unterkunft ist ein guter Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge nach Lucca, Pisa und weitere Orte in der Region. Demema ist eine fürsorgliche Gastgeberin und sehr respektvoll. Die Hunde und Katzen sind lieb und mögen es, gestreichelt zu werden. Es war ein schöner Aufenthalt und wir kommen gerne wieder 😊

Very central location, apartment was very modern and clean. Enjoyed our stay but would highlight that the apartment is hard to access with large luggage and/or elderly guests, otherwise would highly recommend.

We stayed one night but we wish we had stayed longer. The kitchen is amazing, fully equipped and with a pizza oven. Cinzia was really helpful!

Ein wunderschönes und sehr gut ausgestattetes Airbnb in einer ruhigen Wohngegend. Das Stadtzentrum ist zu Fuss super erreichbar. Mauro war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit und wir durften sogar früher eingechecken. Vielen Dank!

What a special place this is! A beautifully kept apartment with everything we needed. A personal welcome including restaurant recommendations from Sabrina - which we will ever be grateful. And it was so quiet at night (no cars or street noise) that I had the best few nights’ sleep of our whole trip. Grazie! Highly recommended.

Top locatie, met prima voorzieningen. Het uitzicht is prachtig en een dikke plus voor de privé kookles! Niet twijfelen, gewoon boeken.

Location, location, location is the key to Emily's flat. It was easy to find, easy to explore Lucca on foot and near to local shops and restaurants, The flat was clean and comfortable. The terrace was lovely however, the one thing beyond Emily's control is the traffic noise. It was very noisy when one tried to have a snooze on the terrace in the late afternoon or read a book (which we did). However, I had earplugs so I popped them in and voila all was good! All in all a lovely place to stay and would recommend particularly if you have a car. Btw parking charges outside the flat are very cheap but beware over the summer period there is a temporary extension of the parking meter hours which is not on the machine. Parking charges are extended on Fridays and Saturdays (8am - 11pm). All other days it is 8am - 8pm. We didn't realise so got a ticket at 2245 on the Saturday evening which was rather puzzling until the man in the tourist office looked it up on a local website!

We absolutely loved staying at Giulia’s place. The decor is gorgeous and thoughtfully done, creating such a warm and inviting atmosphere. The courtyard was a highlight—peaceful, beautifully designed, and perfect for relaxing. Truly a gem 💎 in every way!

It’s just not possible to accurately state in an Airbnb review how otherworldly this place is— this home and its location and community (Mony and The Top Bar!!!) were unlike anything we’ve ever experienced. We will D R E A M of coming back someday! We’ve been traveling Europe with our three children for the past three months and this was my favorite Airbnb out of all we’ve ever been to. If you’re looking for an authentic Italian village getaway — this is it. Please don’t miss your opportunity!

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und würden jederzeit wieder kommen. Selbst unser Baby hat hier besser geschlafen als Zuhause :) Der Konktakt mit Fabio war sehr freundlich!

Die Unterkunft liegt in der Nähe zum Strand und auch sonst sehr geschickt. In wenigen Minuten ist man mit dem Auto an verschiedenen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und am Bahnhof (wir haben Pisa mit dem Zug besucht). Matteo ist steht's gut erreichbar, sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Insgesamt hätten wir uns etwas mehr Sauberkeit gewünscht.

The house is spectacular, to be honest, the photos seem to show less than the reality. Great location, on the best street in Lucca, in the historic centre - an incredible experience. Communicative host with simple explanations. We'll certainly be back!

The host was very good at communicating and helped us get familiar with the area even before we arrived. Having the QR code for tourists spending the stay in Riomaggiore helped out tremendously. Would caution the stairs to get to the Airbnb for those who have trouble with steps, but the boat provided taxi information in advance, which, otherwise made it a fantastic stay!

What a charming and peaceful property! We loved the way the home felt like “home” with all the furniture and little family momentos all around. Property was very clean and exactly as described. We were centrally located to visit Cinque Terre, Pisa and Lucca! Parking was a plus too! Would definitely reserve again in the future! Thank you Gaia for making us feel so welcome!
