Loved the place felt very much at home. I love that it was very child friendly. Had toys and other things for the children to play. We also really enjoyed the board games that were available to use. We had a great weekend.

This was an AMAZING stay! Our 5 kids had an absolute blast in the pool, and, loved the rooms (and own TV! HA!) The life jackets and pool towels were really helpful, especially for pool and beach days. We loved the large couch and watched a ton of family movies. The kids also really enjoyed all the games provided, especially the large Jenga game :) The location of this home was PERFECT... Easy to get to Disneyland, Knott's Berry Farm, Huntington Beach, Irvine. Everything felt like it was within a 20 minutes drive. There's also a local grocery store that we frequented often! Our only wish is that there had been a BBQ, but, otherwise, literally had anything and everything we could have hoped for or needed!

This was our 1st Air BNB. Sara's place was beyond my expectations. It had everything you could think of and we felt right at home. The garage parking was a nice bonus. Great Communication! The welcome book was perfect with everything you needed to know. The location was perfect and close to everything. The pool was great! We will definitely stay there again when we come back. Sara definitely thought of everything. The back porch was a Great private space, but we didnt have time to enjoy it. If you need a place to stay with a smaller family this is it. We just cant say enough about Sara. she has really set the bar high if we stay at another BNB. I guess thats why she is a Superhost! Thank you for our 1st great stay in California!

The apartment matched pictures in listing and was clean. Check-in and check-out was simple. Host was responsive and gave clear instructions. I would definitely book again.

The location was located within walking distance from multiple different locations and the beach. Bikes were provided so a car wasn't even needed. The house it self was very cozy and comfortable. The guest book also had great recommended locations for different vibes and experiences.

We really enjoyed our stay in Newport Beach! The location was the highlight—just steps from the beach and close to everything we needed, from coffee spots to great restaurants. The house was simple and not overly stocked, but it worked well for our needs. If you’re looking for a place with unbeatable access to the beach and boardwalk, this is a great option!

Naomi’s home was so welcoming. The moment we walked through the door we felt so relaxed and comfortable. The pool was great and the overall atmosphere in the home was great. The kitchen had everything we needed and the bedrooms were all clean and the beds were so comfortable. The bathrooms were clean and stocked with extra toiletries. Over all our stay was amazing and we have definitely recommended her home to a few people. We were there the 16th-20th and our kids would love to go back again soon.

Fantastic property with lots of privacy and beautiful gardens and pool area. We enjoyed the space and location to the parks and activities was central. We plan to rent this property again in the future.

This is the second time that we stayed at Wendy's beautiful Air BnB. It is well equipped, has a great location, lots of space and all in all a perfect fit for our family. I would stay there again.

Everything was exactly as described! The host was extremely helpful: fast communication, responsive to our needs/ questions, and had everything necessary to make for a great getaway. Kitchen was clean and had all the essentials to cook a meal here and there. We purchased coffee and made our own in the condo. We also walked a time or two to get food and ice cream. The golf cart was a bonus to get around. The games were fun to play too. Thank you so much!
