House vacation rentals in Coromandel

Beautiful place felt right at home. I loved the DVD's so throwback this is a lovely place for a weekend get away would highly recommend . One thing I don't think they mentioned was that the owners are right next door to you

Rose and Wal are such lovely hosts with a beautiful home where we were all very comfortable. Great location, pool was great after a long day of watching rugby in the rain and in such a beautiful area with restaurants and shops. Thanks again Rose and Wal for having us. We will definitely be back!!

Simply our favorite place to be. We just wanted to stay and enjoy everything this property had to offer. The pool, spa, incredible views and all the right comforts made this our perfect home away from home. The privacy and views from this incredible location are simply astounding. We will definitely be back again and again. There isn’t a better place to be while in Waiheke.

This house is stunning! We had a family holiday here over Easter, to create memories together before some of us move overseas and it was just perfect. It had enough space that we could all relax without feeling on top of each other, amenities that made us so comfortable (shout out to the coffee machine!), beautifully comfortable beds and linen and set in such a peaceful spot. We couldnt recommend this stay more for those needing a bit of space, a touch of luxury and a home that’s well suited for all ages! Toddler friendly, teen friendly, grandparent friendly! 🩷

We had a great stay with our young family. Great park and beach just down the road. The house is clean and well appointed. We had everything we needed for our stay.

Ideal location for a couples long weekend away. Easy access to all that Waiheke has to offer. Coffee machine is a bonus. Well stocked with all kitchen utensils, almost no need to leave the house.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Your home is beautiful. It was extremely windy on Saturday and some of the slats on the hot tub were loose and two blew off. The smaller sink In the kitchen leaks. These were minor things and did not detract from our stay. It would be good to have instructions for the hot tub.

Belinda’s place was beautiful. Great views of the oceans and valleys! Very peaceful and comfortable. There were great local restaurants and beaches. Would definitely stay again!

Abby is a such sincere person, very responsible and helpful, place is huge, spa and sauna make trip such unique memories.

We had a very pleasant stay in Lynley and Dave’s cottage in Thames. The front and back gardens are extremely nice and well-tended, an invitation to have breakfast and dinner outside, listening to the birds. And the cottage is a comfortable, well appointed and very clean detached and autonomous house. A recommended place to explore the Coromandel peninsula, with all shops, bar and restaurants close by in Thames.

This property was absolutely stunning. the glass floor to ceiling walls in the bedrooms and living area allowed me to always feel connected to the beautiful landscape even while having meals, getting ready for the day or resting in the afternoons. The quiet and peaceful surroundings allowed for a very relaxing stay. The sounds of the ocean waves and the singing birds were constant in the backdrop of our time here. Hotel quality linens and bedding. Great quality hygienic tools and amenities. The kitchen was pretty well stocked, but we had to make due without a strainer, casarole dish and large pot. It was curious that there wasn't any beach chairs, coolers or beach towels available since the other amenities were so well provided for, but we happily made due and the irreplaceable view made up for everything in the end.

Had an amazing stay, such an idyllic location and beautiful spacious home. The only thing was that the washing machine kept tripping the main power switch, however that was it. Super comfy beds, lovely linen and I got to see a kakapo in the tree, heard tui bird song. Love Waiheke island and would definitely come back again

Beautiful location with stunning views. It was hard to drag ourselves away from the deck to explore more of the Coromandel. The bath with a view was great too. As others have said the reality is even better than the photos. The house is spacious and comfortable and has everything you need. Comfortable bed and the heater in the bedroom was really effective when we had a couple of cool nights.

An amazing property with beautiful views! We loved our stay here and there was plenty of space to enjoy time with our family and friends. Be aware there are two buildings on the same property so check instructions as to which one you are staying in as check in details caused some initial confusion but once sorted out there was no issue. Thanks again for the great place to stay.

An amazing place for a holiday, wished we could stay for longer. The place was kept neat and tidy with plenty of amenities for a good break!

Definitely worth a stay! Everything was perfectly done and the retro style was a nice difference. Was very clean and we had everything and more we could have needed.

Thank you James & Lynley for hosting me at your home whilst I was working in Thames for two weeks. It was a comfortable and peaceful place to stay after a busy day at work, and had everything I needed - even a long-slice toaster for my sourdough! It's a special spot where you go to sleep to the sound of possums (occasionally) and wake up to bellbirds.

Beautiful cottage on the hill, surrounded by bird song. Lovely sun streams in in the arvo. Short drive into town and the beach. A couple of cafes and restaurants nearby. Good kitchen amenities. Comfortable beds. Keli was a very friendly and responsive host. The road nearby is quite noisy during the day with cars and trucks passing, but very silent at night.

Beautiful peaceful spot, quiet with stunning views. The accomodation is very well presented with lots of lovely furnishings, linen & art that compliment the space. The tub is perfection. Highly recommend.
