For us we have a pet It was a good investment , Sacada do loft was ideal for comfort and freedom , a pleasant environment and everything we needed to spend the day .

Great location next to a supermarket and close to Unesp, the apartment is very comfortable, you feel at home, and the neighborhood is very quiet and safe.

Extremely clean and organized apartment, very well-equipped (especially the kitchen), the hosts were very careful and left bedding, towels, in short… they always responded to us quickly and were very kind to us! The location was great for us because we traveled for work! And there is a very nearby bakery that you can walk. The air-conditioning saved a lot in the heat!

This is our second time staying and I've met Rubia in person! A sweetheart! The apartment is exactly like the photos! Aconchegante! All new! Very well cared for!!

Excellent location (High standard gated condominium). Foot in the sand, with beach by the Tietê River. Large house. Air-conditioned rooms, large and with Box beds. Huge common area, comfortably accommodating all guests. Fully equipped house, with all the items of the day. Help with shopping in the city, help with shopping in the city. Provision of several items such as courtesy (mineral water, cleaning products, etc.).

We were very well received, the host gave all the information and instructions, very cozy and very nice apartment. Excellent leisure space with good neighbourhood. I really enjoyed it and hope to come back more often
