Beachfront vacation rentals in Copacabana Beach

Fabio’s condo in Copacabana was perfect for our stay! The location couldn’t be better—right across from the beach and within easy walking distance to great restaurants, shops, and sightseeing spots. The space was clean, comfortable, and spacious enough for our group of six, with plenty of bathrooms to accommodate everyone. We had a great time and felt right at home.

Renata was flexible and very helpful with our check-in, which for us was one of the most positive points. They also responded to all messages quickly. The apartment is super well located, practically on the edge of Copacabana, which can't be a bad deal. It is also well-equipped and well-maintained. The only point to improve was the shower, which was not sooo hot and did not have much pressure without freezing the water. But in the heat of Rio, this was not a big problem. I recommend it!

We were very satisfied with the space, everything was very well organized and it has a complete kitchen and accessories such as an iron and a hairdryer that help us not to have to carry a lot of luggage… Joaquim was very kind to us and very attentive to our doubts… the location is also excellent .. with a pharmacy, supermarket and beach right next door… we will definitely be back

A Perfect Stay in Copacabana! From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded expectations. We were warmly welcomed with a bottle of prosecco and delicious sweets – such a thoughtful touch that made us feel right at home. The apartment itself is beautiful, but the real highlight is the absolutely breathtaking view. Waking up to the sunrise over Copacabana beach left us speechless – it’s something I’ll never forget. The location is fantastic, and every detail was clearly arranged with care. When I come back to Rio, there’s no doubt – this is where I’ll stay again. Highly recommended! Many thanks :)

Excellent location overlooking Copacabana Beach. Old apartment, very spacious and cost-effective, with a supermarket, bakery, shops, restaurants and pharmacy nearby.

Andréa's apartment is in what is, for me, the best area of Copacabana. Very quiet, a few meters from very good restaurants and places to shop. Less than 100m from the beach, on the first street parallel to Av. Atlántica. The apartment is quite large and has many amenities. Very clean, well-equipped and organized, with a very nice decor. The building has a 24-hour doorman. Andréa is very friendly and met us in person at the apartment. The apartment has a large window overlooking the center of the block, although the sky is not visible due to the adjacent tall buildings. This has the advantage that no sun enters and therefore the apartment remains quite cool. In the apartment there is a deck chair and an umbrella available, which is very practical and allows you to save about 5 to 10 extra dollars per day (which is what you are charged on the beach for renting both things). A great place to enjoy Copacabana!

Great stay steps from the beach! We enjoyed our stay here. The bed is very comfortable and the blackout curtains & AC in the bedroom made for great sleeping. It’s slightly older than the pictures show but still a very lovely place with an excellent host and experience. The proximity to the beach makes it well worth it!

Marc's place is chic, modern, clean and well equipped and maintained. a block easy walk to the subway, may shops and restaurants around. the apartment has a spacious deck with an outdoor shower, some ocean view. the hotel staff are attentive and polite.

We only stayed one night in Ninha's apartment, but it was enough for us to have a great experience! The space is well maintained and exactly as described in the listing. The location was also perfect for what we needed. Ninha was an excellent host: attentive, kind and always available to help. I recommend for sure and hope to return soon!

Maria's Departamento, more than an Airbnb is a home. Location: 10/10 In front of the beach and Posto 1. Safe street, well lit at night. A few blocks from the Rua Olegário Maciel, where are all the restaurants, supermarkets, etc. It is ideal for walking at night. Building/condominium: it has security and gym 24/7, the employees are very friendly, pool and jacuzzi, everything works well. Apartment: It is very comfortable, two bedrooms, two full bathrooms, impeccable kitchen full of cooking utensils m. The beds/pillows/sheets/towels all in good order. The most amazing thing about this apartment is sleeping and waking up to the sound of the waves, it's magical. Hostess: It is undoubtedly a value added to the apartment, the sweet and warm of Maria! Very attentive she welcomed us with chocolates and coffee and always available on whatsap. Maria: we spent some incredible days in your apartment thank you for your love and we hope to be back soon! We would definitely choose you again!

My second time staying in a place managed by Sergio and Pilar. Great hosts. The place is a bit small so I would not recommend for stays longer than a week or two.

Joyce and Bruna were wonderful hosts from the very start! excellent communication, and made us feel welcome. The place was beautiful and clean. The location wasn't in the greatest area, but with the 24 hour door man, we never really felt unsafe at any time. Plus, it was super close to the beach which was awesome! Álvaro welcomed us very well, always cordial and helpful, helping with everything we needed. The accommodation is comfortable, with a great bed, hairdryer, blankets and, for those who want, towels. The air conditioning was clean, odorless and quiet, which was a positive point. The apartment is well located, with a downtown São Paulo vibe — it's important to be mindful of the region.
