The perfect place near Rome.

We loved our stay in Valentinas apartment. Valentina allowed us to stay at number 3 (rather than nummber 5) due to less steps. We were absolutely thrilled with the location, the view and the apartment. Our purpose to stay in Genzano for more than a month was to 'live like a local' and this apartment allowed us to do exactly that! Very close to restaurants coffee shops, supermarkets and the main street. Highly recommend staying here!

Tho check in is till 20:00 due to delay of flight we arrived at 1am. Giovannella waited us; and greet us with smile. Give us short instructions and recomendations. House was cozy and very vell equipped;especially kitchen. Beutiful exterior and clean swimming pool. A lot of privacy and beutifull view. Store;short distance as well public transport so Rome was easily accessible. Hope one day to be back.

Angelo was the perfect host! He allowed us to check in early. He met us at the apartment to show us around. The space is beautiful and it had everything we needed. It truly felt like home. I loved the electric blinds. So cool! The space was quiet and dark at night for sleeping. Very clean and cozy. The bathroom was nice as well. Having an area to get ready in separate from the toilet and shower was a perk for me and my daughter. Angelo gave us many wonderful suggestions. I would definitely recommend him and stay here again while in Rome.

I am very grateful for the opportunity to stay in these apartments. The surrounding beauty, authentic old furniture, convenient location, and, additionally, a wonderful host who took great care of us. It is easy to reach historical landmarks. We stayed for 2 nights with another couple of friends and I have to say that everything was impeccable, starting with the courtesy and availability of the host to our requests. The house is really cozy and the kids were so happy to play in the tent in the room. I highly recommend it and it will surely be our foothold also for the next stay in Rome.

Wonderful location with very large and secure garden and swimming pool. Well equipped kitchen and the kids loved the play houses. Valeria was very helpful and we really enjoyed the traditional Italian meal she arranged for us at the villa.

We stayed the two days at the end and start of the new year. We had a great time, the house is located in a historic and very characteristic place with a wonderful view. The place is cozy, clean, tidy, and there is everything you may need from the kitchen to the bathroom, nothing is missing! In the living room there is the fireplace and the large and comfortable sofa that are the top . I recommend it to everyone, especially those who love tranquility and relax for a few days to recharge and then return to everyday life.
