Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Contrada Fiori Sud

We greatly enjoyed our stay. Easy check-in. Christiane was very responsive and friendly and helpful. The apartment was pristine and modern and well equiped. The location along the old river port adjacent to the historic center district of Mazara was great. Fresh daily fish market right around the corner. Walking distance to Cathedral, excellent Sicilian restaurants, and great cafes. Highly recommended !

Angela was an excellent host. Someone from our group was injured before coming to this Airbnb and Angela was so gracious to offer to pick us up from the port and drive us to the apartment. She even carried our bags up! Communication was so easy, she helped us get a taxi to pick up our rental car, and she gave good recommendations around Trapani. The location of the apartment is perfect, there’s a cafe really close by so we had a delicious breakfast and coffee there everyday. A lot of restaurants and gelato places nearby too. Highly recommend this apartment!

L’Airbnb di Salvatore è risultato un buon alloggio per visitare sia Trapani che Erice in quanto si trova molto vicino alla funicolare che porta a Erice. L’appartamento è ben pulito e corrisponde alle immagini.

Eine sehr schöne Wohnung mit einzigartigem Ausblick direkt am Meer. Sie ist größer, als sie auf den Fotos wirkt. Paolo und Flaminia haben sich herzlich um uns gekümmert. Danke!

Logement très propre et bien situé dans le centre de Balestrate, à proximité immédiate de plusieurs très bons restaurants. A 30 min de l'aéroport, 50 minutes du centre de Palerme situation idéale. Arrivée autonome, hôte réactif et disponible. Stationnement gratuit dans la rue, places faciles à trouver en septembre. Seul bémol, pas de vraie fenêtre dans le logement, uniquement la porte d'entrée et un vasistas dans la chambre.

La casa di Maria Grazia è molto bella ed accogliente. Si trova ad un passo dal pieno centro di Monreale ed è vicino a molti locali gastronomici molto interessanti. Maria Grazia è sua figlia ci hanno accolto molto gentilmente mettendoci a nostro agio. Ci hanno coccolato con l'omaggio si saponi biologici di produzione locale e ci hanno aiutato a cercare parcheggio in zona. La casa è molto ben tenuta.

Has everything you need and is exactly as advertised. Not much water pressure and couldn’t use the washer and the dishwasher at the same time or all the power would go out. It would also be handy if the keys could be detached so washing machine/dishwasher could be on whilst we are out. But you have to take the keys which turns all the power out.

Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Zeit auf dem tollen Anwesen. Karim unser Ansprechpartner war sehr, sehr freundlich und herzlich und hat uns alles gezeigt, sprach auch ausgezeichnet englisch und hat uns in allen belangen mit viel Gastfreundschaft weiter geholfen, die Besitzer des Hauses haben wir nicht kennen gelernt. Das Haus liegt in einem kleinen Pinienwald und man kann da wunderbar entspannen, am eigenen Strand der direkt an das Anwesen grenzt war leider als wir da waren zu viel Seegras um ausgiebig zu baden, jedoch gibt es viele schöne Strände in der Nähe.

Der Aufenthalt in Marias Wohnung war sehr angenehm. Alles in der Wohnung war sehr sauber. Maria hat die Wohnung sehr liebevoll eingerichtet. Schöne, große und praktische Küche, alles vorhanden, macht Spaß dort zu kochen. Super Aussicht von der Terrasse. Die Terrasse ist auch sehr schön gestaltet. Genau für diejenigen, die Ruhe und Erholung wollen und die Seele baumeln lassen wollen. Maria ist sehr sympathisch und ein Herzensmensch. Sie war sehr diskret, für Fragen jederzeit erreichbar und hat uns gute Tipps gegeben. Wir empfehlen die Wohnung zu 100% weiter und sind am überlegen, ob wir nächstes Jahr selbst wieder dahin fahren :-) Vielen Dank liebe Maria Ciao, a presto

A stunning property, very much deserving of its 5-star reviews. We could not have felt more at home, with every amenity thoughtfully provided by the owners. The villa is furnished to a high standard, is well locked after and spotlessly clean and the outside space..WOW! Erika, the property manager is lovely, very knowledgeable and helpful, going out of her way on a Sunday to fix a small issue with the internet which we were most grateful for. We would highly recommend this property. Due to the rural location, you will definitely need a car as there is nothing within walking distance. The restaurant recommended to us which was a short walk away appears to have closed down, unclear if this is permanent or seasonal (we visited mid-September).

The apartment is absolutely beautiful. Very true to the listing. Clean, comfortable and fantastic view off the veranda and out the kitchen windows. The town is smaller and a bit quiet but a lovely place to relax. If you crave bigger towns there are several in the surrounding areas and all are mentioned in the book of recommendations. Several beach areas in walking distance however 2 are small and don’t offer amenities on the beach. Balestrate is very walkable however will need a car to explore outside areas. Patty, the host was fantastic and always very responsive when we had a question. I absolutely would recommend this property. Bonus * the a/c works really well and that’s rare to find in Sicily.

Lorrah è stata molto gentile e disponibile, la casa molto spaziosa, pulita e accogliente con tutti i comfort necessari, sicuramente ci rivedremo.

Mieszkanie jest dobrze zlokalizowane, parking pod drzwiami, wiele sklepów. Margherita to ciepła, uśmiechnięta, sympatyczna osoba, przyniosła nam mały słodki prezent, który był bardzo sympatyczny 🧡 Łóżka wygodne, miejsca dużo, czysta łazienka, bardzo dobrej jakości pralka i suszarka, oraz plus za środki do prania! W kuchni znaleźliśmy wszystko czego potrzebowaliśmy. Spędziliśmy miło czas. Dziękujemy i będziemy polecać :)

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo appartamento per 13 giorni e ci siamo trovati molto bene. La signora Fiorenza è stata molto disponibile e cordiale, anche nell’intervenire in seguito allo smarrimento delle chiavi per una nostra distrazione (senza alcun costo aggiuntivo). L’appartamento è molto pulito e gli spazi sono comodi per 2 persone. La posizione è ottima, a meno di 5 minuti dal centro a piedi. Consigliato!

Eine traumhafte Unterkunft, schön eingerichtet! Auch super, um remote zu arbeiten. Attilio hat immer schnell reagiert. Die Granatapfelbäume, der Pool und die Terrasse waren herrlich. Bei der Lage kann man nur leider gar nichts ab der Tür zu Fuß unternehmen und ist auf ein Auto angewiesen!

Daria è stata incredibilmente gentile con noi durante la settimana trascorsa nel suo appartamento. Ci ha fornito ogni indicazione su come spostarci e cosa vedere a Trapani. Inoltre la possibilità di effettuare check-in e check-out ad orari flessibili è stata preziosa per il nostro soggiorno. L'appartamento è molto pulito, curato e moderno, vicinissimo al porto e poco distante dalle spiagge libere. È completo di tutto, dalle stoviglie fino all'ombrellone da spiaggia. L'unico appunto che mi sento di fare, che non ha intaccato in alcun modo il nostro soggiorno, è che le finestre affacciano su un vecchio disimpegno interno, e di conseguenza la casa tende a risultare un po' buia. Ripeto, non è stato di alcun fastidio per il nostro soggiorno, lo specifico solamente perché nelle foto non è molto chiaro e non vorrei che qualcuno possa insospettirsi o rimanere deluso. Consiglio questo appartamento a chiunque, anche per il vantaggiosissimo rapporto qualità-prezzo. Torneremmo al 100%!

Nino er en rigtig god og opmærksom vært. Boligen var dejlig og med god beliggenhed tæt på banegård, stranden og byen.

Grazioso appartamento arredato con cura; la cucina è fornita per ogni necessità e a disposizione ci sono anche la lavatrice e l'asciugatrice. La zona è molto tranquilla ed adiacente al centro storico; qui ci sono vita notturna vivace e molti ristoranti dove mangiare ottimo cibo siciliano. Francesca è stata molto ospitale e ci ha aspettato per il check in che, purtroppo, è avvenuto in serata a causa di problemi che abbiamo avuto lungo il viaggio. Lo consiglio vivamente.

beautiful house, wonderful space, Close to the beach and wonderful view. it was early. spring and the weather was cold-ish and the house has a very good heater. also AC in all rooms. lots of beautiful books and magazines about art, Sciacca town, sicily in the living room. also great recommendations where to eat. kitchen is super well equipped and we felt really at home cooking for the family. the only thing that hat it is not mentioned in the description of the apartment is that the place is a house divided in 4 apartments. one of the rooms has an exit door and windows directly to the entrance and patio of one of the apartments. so when people are there and talking normal, there is no isolation to the sounds coming from outside. same to the apartment above, someone was cleaning up there in the evening and it was very hearable. there is no ceiling lamp in most of the rooms and at night the light is low. all for all we had a lovely time and loved our stay.

We had the most amazing time at Giovanni’s place. Great apartment, super comfy with everything you might need. The neighbourhood is super quiet and peaceful, we enjoyed that the promenade was just outside the building. We liked it so much in there that we extended our stay. Giovanni is a great host, super helpful, he waited for us to check us in and he was available for us during the whole stay. We had great winter holidays, thanks again ❤️💚🤍

Mieszkanie jest bardzo dobrze zlokalizowane, w ścisłym centrum starego miasta. Mieszkanie idealnie się nadaje dla dwóch lub więcej osób, posiada dwie niezależne sypialnie i łazienki. Wielką zaletą jest przestronny taras. Pomieszczenia pomimo wizyty w lutym były bardzo ciepłe. Lucia jest bardzo ciepłą i przyjazną osobą. Kontakt z nią był świetni. Poleciła nam największe atrakcje miasta czy to gdzie najlepiej zostawić samochód. Była bardzo pomocna i chętnie wróciłbym przy kolejnej wizycie w Trapani.

We spent a lovely month in February/March in the apartment, working remotely (Internet was fine). It's very central, with good access to the main street, shops, bars and great restaurants, 6min to the seaside. Very bright inside, you get sea views from most of the rooms and 2 balconies. We found everything there what we needed, heating saved us a few colder and windy nights. Caterina and Oreste are great hosts, promptly answering our questions and offering help whenever needed. They also sent us tons of places to visit, we managed to see and try most of them :) There's a shared garage with an elevator, but it's quite small - we had Fiat Panda and it was fine. We really enjoyed our stay.
