Second stay at Émilie's, apartment still as clean and pretty. Unfortunately, I couldn't enjoy anything this time because the flu kept me bedridden as soon as I arrived, but Émilie was extremely understanding and accommodating to help me as much as possible. I thank her for that.

We really enjoyed our stay here, the apartment is on a quiet street in Mortagne but easily accessible by foot to everything you need in town. The apartment is really nicely renovated and decorated, and we felt very much at home. Highly recommend staying here for anyone who is visiting le Perche!

We stayed at Christine's apart to break up our journey to the Dordogne and we're so impressed that we had to book the apartment for the return journey, again we had a lovely stay and Christine was again so lovely, I would recommend anyone travelling to or through Le Mans to stay here.

A little expensive , after I think the prices were due to the 24h of Le Mans which also took place but otherwise great!

Spacious house with many bedrooms, great games room and lovely garden. We had such a lovely time here. Sandrine communicated quickly and was very nice & helpful.

Lovely place with plenty of space and everything you need as a family. Check-in experience was seamless, the parking was spacious and the entire house convenient in all aspects. I would definitely recommend if you’re in the area or want a quiet getaway.

Véronique was a lovely host, both before and during our stay. It has never been invasive, but was very kind and helpful when we needed it or to let us know if it was possible to stay longer than expected at the pool. The space is quiet sinceit is surrounded by greenery. Also, the indoor and heated pool was a real plus, allowing us to relax every day, before or after our excursions. This week in Chemillé-sur-Dême has rested us all a lot, so I highly recommend this place.

A peaceful oasis! Quiet and peaceful, the accommodation is very large and suitable for a family, all amenities are available "you can feel at home" nothing is missing! The Appartment was perfect and Jonathan communicated very quickly and efficiently, the place was very well situated for bars and restaurants and parking was right outside the door. Very well equipped place with wonderful showers and very well equipped kitchen. Would highly recommend and I hope to return.

We rented Katy's apartment for the 24h of Le Mans. The apartment is well located, 5 minutes from the tram line that takes you directly to the site. For the apartment itself, it is very cozy, tastefully decorated. The bedding is really comfortable. Katy is responsive, very nice to interact with.
