We do allow up to 2 dogs, with a additional fee! This great 2 bedroom 1 bathroom vacation spot is located just a few blocks from beautiful Lake Erie! The Tis’ Time house is a clean, accommodating, furnished duplex! We rent both sides! Equipped with everything you might need! The bathroom, kitchen and linen closet are all fully stocked, every room has a working TV and ROKU hookup & Wifi is also provided! Enjoy a cold drink on the back deck, or walk down to the Yummy restaurants a few blocks away!

The home features a 3 bedroom 1 full bath ranch style home with full dry basement. Beautiful and peaceful little garage/studio apartment. It’s not really meant for couples. Maybe more for like a single person or 3 single friends. The water comes from a well and has a sulfur smell which is common according to the internet. If you have a sensitive nose I would not recommend staying here. (Water smells like Nair or burnt hair) other than that we loved staying here. Super quite!

This was the best place I’ve rented. It was cozy, comfortable, clean. Overlooks the lake, the host made the stay warm and welcoming. Provided a bottle of wine and made himself available for anything we needed. They even provided spices for cooking and cream and sugar for the Keurig. Lots of places don’t do that, we end up buying sugar and cream from a store and never use it all. The decor was so lovely, and the place was well designed and put together. Lots of lights and plugs!! The first night was a little chilly outside but there was an electric fireplace that provided great warmth and ambiance. Check in was a breeze, we felt safe. It had two bathrooms which was great!! I will be booking it again for future stays.

We stayed here after our Wedding that was about 10 minutes away. The place was beautiful and very clean. The host was super kind, responsive, and very accommodating. We even had the most delicious homemade cookies waiting for us when we arrived! When we woke up we got to enjoy the beautiful patio, it was a very peaceful and relaxing stay!! Thanks for having us!!
