The best of all the location,close to the beach, restaurants supermarkets....The truth is that everything is very clean and cared for..The communication with the host is very good. As a suggestion I would leave a tablecloth and some kitchen cloth,but it's an unimportant detail. Conclusion, I 100% recommend the place.

Excellent, very cozy and clean apartment, well-equipped with everything you need. The host was extremely kind and helpful. Just a few meters from the beach and restaurants. Also a private parking space available which is a big advantage in this area. Absolutely recommended

The apartment was very clean and extremely equipped even for long stays. It is a strategic area to visit the coast of analusia and only a 10-minute drive away is El Palmar, where you can go surfing. The terrace of the apartment is nothing short of amazing. Absolutely recommended!

The apartment is as it is shown in the photos. The location is perfect, a few minutes by car to downtown and with direct beach access. It was clean and communication with Salvador was very good and fast.

I loved my stay in this nice apartment in the center of Cádiz so much, that I was sad to leave. David was very nice, flexible and the communication with him was great! Definitely recommend, I would like to stay here again my next time in Cádiz.

The apartment was in a pretty plaza and perfectly located for seeing all we wanted to see in Cadiz on foot. Pedro met us and was great in explaining all we needed to know. The balcony was the perfect place to sit in the morning or night and watch the square.

We felt like at home in this wonderfull apartment! it was clean and in the middle of the old town, from there you can reach La Caleta by walking and you can enyoying beatiful Cádiz day & night. Marta was everytime easy and quickly to reach, always very kind by replying. Thanks a lot for everything! :)

A very lovely apartment in the old part of Cadiz, very close to the beach and basically all tourist spots. Clean and well equipped. Communication with the host went smoothly. We recommend.

This is the second year we have been there and again we had a great time, feeling at home. The apartment is still great in everything, clean, equipped with everything, very comfortable bed, wifi that works very well, beach (wonderful) nearby, quiet and wooded area, recommended for anyone. I give it a 10, I will definitely repeat. Silvia is a host who is attentive to everything and pleasant

Great apartment. We were traveling as a family with 2 small children (3 years and 9 months). Everything went well, close to the beach, perfect. Shopping alleys are directly available as well as a cafe and restaurants.

Great place, near to great bars/restaurants and the centre of town but at the same time very quiet. silvia was a great host. Thoroughly recommended!

This spot was beautiful! A bit out of Tarifa, but that’s what we wanted. It was not hard to find as the host sent a pin drop, good pictures, and met us at the main gate to guide us in the first time. The beach below the house was magnificent…so incredibly unique and my favorite part of our stay. The house was very spacious, clean, well stocked, and tastefully decorated. The beds were very comfortable. The host was very responsive with our questions and needs. Something to be aware of if you’re sensitive to bug bites: Bugs during the day are no problem in this area because of the strong winds, but there are no screens on the doors in the main room - when the wind dies down at night the mosquitoes will come in. Be sure not to leave those open when it’s hot at night or you will get lots of bites…the bedroom windows had screens. Once we remembered to close the doors when the wind went down we were good! I would definitely stay here again.

Juanjo's property is really excellent-it will now be the only place we stay when we go the Cadiz area (if it's available!). The apartment couldn't be in a better location-right across the street from the beach and with a beach view. Juanjo was extremely gracious and greeted us both in and outbound. He also provided us with some local tips and info which was greatly appreciated. All in all-a really top shelf experience.

Everything was perfect, good location, the penthouse was super comfortable and Carmen was very helpful. I would repeat.

We loved Juan’s apartment. It was a beautiful apartment with the most amazing views of the ocean, Juan was also very accomodating as a host. We would recommend this apartment if visit Cadiz.

The apartment is as indicated in the photos and in the description, quiet area, very close to the beach, terrace with sea views and the fully equipped apartment, it is one of the few apartments that has all the kitchen accessories to the full and that is appreciated, perhaps it lacks the oven, but it is not essential to spend a few days. Good agile and quick communication with the host , who was at the indicated time waiting for us , responds super quickly , which is to be appreciated.

The stay was a success. The place had everything, everything was thought out so that the guests were very comfortable I would repeat and recommend it 100%

We loved it, we will be back for sure. The description as is, impeccable, with every luxury of details…impressive. And in case it was not enough Rafael and Inmaculada are charming, a luxury.

We had a great week at the property and were able to enjoy the tranquility by the pool and on the terrace. A car is necessary to get to the coast and restaurants or go shopping.
