perfect place, just like the photos, Elodie is very welcoming in addition she gives us the keys herself, well available and birn roof indicated. Everything was extremely clean,the linens smelled very good. There is what you need in the apartment. it's really nice to be there. The neighborhood is very nice and everything is on foot. a very welcoming tobacco bar also on the roundabout. Rarely seen so clean ,I would not hesitate to return if I go through Poitiers. The whole building is for airbnbs,but very quiet and other guests very respectful. We have the necessary to clean after our stay this is the conditions of the listing.,maybe offer an extra cleaning fee if guests don't want to do it,but it may be indicated without me noticing it. The accommodation is very hot for a winter without even putting the very high heaters. thank you again for making us feel so welcome. And to park no worries.

Very clean and functional accommodation. It is well located with buses leading to downtown Angoulême, which can also be accessible on foot (if you don't mind walking) I would definitely recommend this place for your stay in Angouleme

A very comfortable stay in a beautiful location. We stayed in the Terrace Apartment which was tastefully decorated, very clean and welcoming. The supplied cold water and milk were so helpful as it meant we could make an emergency cup of tea to start our day before heading to the supermarket! All toiletries and tea and coffee supplied! Would definitely stay again.

Second stay at Turea's, always a pleasure to be hosted by Turea and Allan, flexibility in terms of schedules. We arrived on Wednesday around 2 a.m., the gate was wide open and Turea was very responsive to the messages I sent him, the explanations were clear for our arrival in the accommodation. The cottage is still as quiet as it was 1 year ago. A game of pétanque and a pool table were made available to us. In conclusion, Turea and Allan are made for this: a flexible welcome, calm and discreet hosts, present when needed, a calm, peaceful and super spacious home and environment! I would recommend it 100%

Absolute perfect base for us. Chad was extremely attentive and super quick for all my queries. The house had absolutely everything needed and very comfortable. Little courtyard had sun till about 3pm abd steps down to the river next to front door which was beautiful. Our flight was delayed n 4 hours and Chad had bit if an extra long wait yo greet us but was very understanding and told us not to worry. The only little downside for me was that it's quite close to some doggie day care place and the barking was from 8am. However this did not bother my hubby and we would 100% definitely stay again. Thankyou so much Chad.

very nice place! the accommodation is on the back of the dwelling so independent and very spacious! we were with a dog who could frolic in an enclosed space and who was very well received too and who would have had a great time also with those of the owner!!, thank you again for the welcome:)

Great hosting by Adeline, the listing was as described. We came to enjoy the nearby bike park and the location was great. Big plus for bikes: the covered barn to store and take care of bikes. We will come back without hesitation!

Perfect! Very welcoming, pleasant and available hosts. Complies with the photos, many amenities available. Very pleasant hot tub in winter, as well as the wood fire. We had a great time and plan to come back this summer to enjoy the pool! We 100% recommend this Airbnb!
