The apartment is very well located, I was able to go everywhere very easily. Super clean apartment, impeccable bedding. For those who are light sleepers may bother because it is a busy street, but for those like me, it does not make any difference. Super gentle and polite porter. The apartment is very well located, organized, airy, well equipped and pet friendly. As we went with children, one aspect that caught my attention were the locks on the doors that give to the balconies, although they are very high even for an adult. Since it has no protective canvas was an excellent solution for those with a small child. The staff working in the building is very friendly and helpful, we were well received. For good location it is easy to go anywhere in the city, as long as it is not during heavy traffic hours. We would definitely stay again. Thank you!!!!

The stay was excellent, I was surprised by the organization and cleaning of the house. The kitchen is very well-equipped and has everything you need to cook and it has very cold filtered water. We love the place.

We love the stay! The house is very pleasant, large, comfortable and easy to find. We went in a group of 10 friends, to spend the weekend of the Pampulha Tour race and everything went perfectly as we planned! It was a tranquillity! It was a comfortable stay, with a good location in the BH region. The parking as already mentioned is rotating, but I got a vacancy almost every day. High Point: for being located inside a hotel you have breakfast when hired, and a small convenience with basic and quick things to eat. In addition, the room is as described, not so large, and without soundproofing in relation to the bathroom, so you hear everything. But the rest everything as described, besides Bernardo is very requested.

My stay was very quiet, Linda answered all my questions because I needed to stay with my son in the postoperative period of a total hip surgery that he did at the Vila da Serra hospital. He needed to use a raised lid on the toilet. I recommend Linda's apartment 100%! I almost gave up because there is no air conditioner but when I arrived I found that I did not need it because even in the summer the temperature is mild and it winds up a lot which makes the use of air conditioning unnecessary. I liked the accommodations so much that I was twice as long as expected. I felt at home.
