This stay was amazing! Everything was exactly as it was described. I would definitely come back to PR and stay at Samuel’s place. The house was very clean and was very spacious. If you are planning a trip with a group, I would definitely recommend this place! The location was perfect and all the attractions and towns to visit were close by.

Great place! Everything was perfect, the pool is so pretty and there were so many towels to use for the beach and shower. I have no complains on the house it’s a great deal!

Definitely recommend staying here! We were really impressed by the amount of amenities available! Everything you need and usually need to buy was provided. The bathrooms had body wash, shampoo and conditioner. The kitchen had different seasonings, an ice machine and an air fryer, on top of the usual oven and microwave. There was a washer and dryer! We even used their beach chairs and umbrellas instead of having to rent them. Overall the place was super cozy and relaxing. You can see the time and effort that was put into the home.

We had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb in Carolina, Puerto Rico! The neighborhood was very quiet, peaceful, and felt completely safe we had no issues at all. The house was perfect for our family. The backyard pool was a great size, perfect for everyone to relax and have a good time. There was even a grill and plenty of seating to enjoy meals outside. Inside, the house had everything we needed. The kitchen was huge and well-stocked, including an ice maker in the fridge. The dining room had a beautiful table perfect for family meals. The living room was spacious and comfortable, and the bedrooms were huge. The bathroom was very clean, which we really appreciated. Another big plus was the driveway and garage it felt great knowing we had a secure place to park. Overall, the entire experience was 10/10. The hosts were amazing they responded quickly to any questions we had and made everything super easy. I definitely recommend this place if you’re visiting Puerto Rico!

This place was actually very comforting. There was a lot of construction noises and animal noises on the street which was the only downfall. The home was nice and clean with street parking. Overall it was mostly relaxing. There were no tv's in the rooms, just one communal television in the common living room with minimal seating unless you sat on the one sofa AND at the dining room table. I did wish that each bedroom had its own TV to avoid having to all use one TV. Other than that I would revisit this location in the future. And the host was amazing 👏🏽

Really enjoyed staying at this place!! The location is great, so many places to eat and drink, short walk everywhere such as to beach and grocery. The place was very spacious and we had a large group and didn’t feel crowded ever! Definitely recommend this place if you enjoy activity and walking. We had a rental car and were very close to other beaches and areas and loved exploring all around San Juan! Uber is also extremely available and helps out a lot if you want to explore beyond Isla Verde!

Glenda was extremely responsive, she allowed early check in which was amazing. She assured to follow up when needed and everything was as expected. Property is clean and beautiful, apartment felt like a single family home. Neighbor was friendly and especially while being on vacation and forgetting things in the washer/dryer, when they needed it, they would throw our stuff in the dryer for us or take out and neatly set aside. I thought that was really nice of them. I have no complaints and would love to rent from Glenda one day soon again. Have no complaints what so ever and would come back 1000 times again. Great location, close to a lot and not far from most tourist areas. 10/10 recommend.

This place was beautiful and unique. Different than anyplace we have ever stayed. The location was great. Parking as stated is very limited I would say that is the only down side. Not a far walk to parking garages. We truly enjoyed our stay here. Our host was very responsive and sweet.

Sylvette’s place was beyond excellent. The house is beautiful, spacious, clean and has everything we could need. It’s very well located, just 10 minutes from the airport, in a very pleasant and quiet neighborhood. The house is very cozy; me and my family felt right at home. Highly recommended.

It was my first time traveling on my own, quiet and peaceful neighbourhood, felt safe. The instructions upon arrival were to the point and easy to follow. Clean apartment, even provided fresh towels 3 days into the stay. Hopefully if the chance happens to visit San Juan again I will definitely be staying here again.

The house was great—very clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed for our stay. The neighborhood was quiet and felt safe. The only downside was that the location was a bit tricky to find at first, as the GPS took us to a different spot. Once we figured it out, everything else went smoothly. I would definitely stay here again!

Me and my friends had an amazing stay at Monteflores Property. Luis met us at check in and provided an update on every amenity in the beautiful villa. The rooms were big clean and spacious as we had 5 guest stay for my best friends 40th birthday. The location was amazing and private but very secure. The location was so much bigger in person and super clean which we loved. We recommend anyone with a big party to reserve with them you won’t be disappointed. Thank you again for providing an amazing stay and when I come back to Puerto Rico I will absolutely book with them again.

I have nothing but a great wonderful experience. Me and my 3 daughters loved your home and have made beautiful memories. Your home was magnificently clean and with everything we could need and want ! By far Maria had everything we could of possibly needed! She paid attention to small details tht we found thoughtful and helpful for travelers. Best airbnb I’ve stood in so far ! Thank you ! The area was great even for after the beach days or lazy days when u wanna just order in and enjoy the pool or games.

Great place to stay, Looked exactly like in the photos and host was responsive. Close to the airport, 10 min drive to the Isla verde beach and 15min drive to Old San Juan. The only disappointment was that there was a power outage in the area for one night ( its out of control by the owner or host) and there was no generator or battery light in the stay. But the host was kind enough to refund for one night. I would suggest the owner or host to add an emergency light for future and also some additional linens or blankets.

Words can’t describe how perfect this Airbnb was. it actually looks better than the pictures. The beds were very comfortable. It is also super safe for my single ladies or girls group trip. You would have no problems staying here .(security is tight) All of the amenities and appliance fit very well free of clutter home. the host Jose is an amazing person the way he communicates and very patient.

awesome place to stay, exactly like pictures, neighborhood looks wired initially as we were in PR first time then realize this is how it is and get use to of it, close to airport and lot of other things, had an awesome stay no issues at all so many things to list that were great - will definitely stay again to this same place.

Our stay at Marisa’s Cheerful Isla Verde Beach House was absolutely perfect! Marisa was in touch immediately after our booking sending us recommendations for places to visit for the different ages in our group, rental car information and more. Upon arrival, the front of the house was beautiful and well kept. Inside was spacious, clean and homie. Marisa left us some starters like water, coffee, snacks, local beer, kid yogurts for my girls, and even a beach play set for my granddaughter❤️ this home is well equipped and it’s amazing because it allows you to pack light. Marisa home includes things like shampoo/conditioner, plenty of beach towels, beach chairs, and even coolers. All the towels were SO soft and smelled so fresh and clean. Throughout our stay Marisa was very attentive and thoughtful. Left unexpected little gifts for me and my daughters. Really sweet. Our time at Marisa’s place felt like home. Thank you for everything, Marisa and we hope to visit again soon!
