Everything was perfect about this place. Clean and convenient. Home away from home. Very close to everything , around the corner the boat stop to Murano and Burano.

We were in Lovrecica during the fall holidays. Highly recommended. Unfortunately, we were no longer able to swim in the sea because the water was too cold. But we could paddle, the kids enjoyed it. We were able to buy freshly caught fish directly from the neighbor. The area is lovely, Donald was very friendly & always helpful.

We stayed in this place during the 2025 Easter holidays. It is a very nice and clean accommodation, exactly like the description provided. 10mts to 12mts walk from Mestre station. 3 mts walk to local bus stop. Good travel links nearby. Erika was an amazing host, so as Carmen, who did our check in and checkout. She was very flexible for in and out. There were clear instructions provided. She allowed us to store our luggage at the storage after the check out since we had a tour planned during the day. It was very kind of her. She was always available with her instant responses for any queries. She guided us with all bus/tram details which helped our transportation easy through Venice. Erika even booked a taxi for us to airport when we faced issues with online booking. We were really lucky as we had Erika as our host. Great place to stay! During our stay we moved my 3 year old son's teddy and suspected he would have landed in laundry with the sheets after the weekly linen change. Planet has put heaven and earth in motion to find the teddy. I would be happy to come there.

We have spent 2 days at Monica's place. In overall, we really liked the place since it has lots of stuffs in it such us dryer, washing machine, coffee machine, air conditioner etc. Basically everything you need. The only minor issue was few mosquitoes flying around since we opened the window.

Like last year, we spent the week of August in this lovely apartment, perfect for spaces and location, a few meters (approx. 150 m) from the beach. Quiet, equipped with a good air conditioning system (necessary for the season!) and all the supplies for a short stay, washing machine and wifi included. Caroline and Marco have always been ready for every request for support and clarification.

The apartment is very spacious, nicely decorated, and clean. Super terrace accessible from the room and living room/kitchen… sunlit all day. Mirjam and Dimitrji are very responsive and responsive.

We went to a sporting event in Jesolo and therefore the place was perfect. But also in a great location for day trips or beach days.

The place was beautiful and very clean, quiet but everything easily accessible, even by bike. The host and also the landlady were always available and are super nice. Anytime again. Thx

This place was a true gem! Everything was so comfortable and inviting, I felt right at home. The relaxing atmosphere made it easy to unwind. It was the perfect spot for a getaway, and I can't wait to return. Highly recommend!

I had the the most amazing stay. The view was incredible, especially during the sunsets and thunderstorms. The place was clean, well equipped and spacious. Andraž was very helpful and even gave me and my luggage a lift to the bus station on the morning I left, which was greatly appreciated. I could not have asked for a better place to stay or a better host. Thank you for having me and I hope to come back in the future :)

Beautiful apartment overlooking the sea. Cool area to relax, large terrace, fine pool and for the farewell there was a bottle of olive oil from the trees on the terrace... Wonderful

Wanted somewhere close to the Archives as I was doing research there. But it turned out to be our favourite sestiere in Venice - much quieter than San Marco but just as central and beautiful. The flat is tucked away but there were clear instructions. We didn’t use the very impressive tub or sauna. You do need to keep the windows closed at night as - while it’s basically very quiet, conversations from the odd late night passers-by are just a few feet away. But the flat was just what we wanted and the croissants at the Archivio bar in Campo S Stin are the best in Venice! Will return.

This was a great place in a quiet neighborhood. The beds were comfortable and slept well. The shower had good pressure but was a bit small. WiFi was hit or miss but was fast when it was working. Overall a great place to base your Venice adventure from!

Emanuel and his parents are very nice and warm hosts. The apartment is very nice and corresponds to the photos. A highlight is the very lovingly designed garden with jacuzzi. Supermarket, restaurants and the sea are within easy walking distance. Thank you for the lovely holiday.

The location was great! Everything is walkable. The host was great in communication with us and made the visit easy. The place is small and if a spa is a bonus for you then this is a great option. Too hot for us to even consider. It was quiet and the a/c worked well. While we never made a meal, there seemed to be plenty of items needed if you wanted to.

A great stay just outside of Venice, for those wanting somewhere quieter than the city itself!

Our stay was very nice and relaxed. The hosts were very helpful and super nice to always reach quickly. The hot tub was our highlight.

This apartment was an unexpected find in Venice. The floor plan allows for privacy and noise is not an issue. The kitchen is very large and well stocked and there is a dining area big enough to seat everyone. The decks and living room allow everyone to be together or split into smaller groups. Located near the Rialto Bridge with many restaurants and access to shopping and transportation. Exceeded our expectations.
