I live in historic Concord, Massachusetts, 4 miles from Concord Academy, Fenn School, Middlesex School, and many historical sites, and less than 30 miles from downtown Boston. About 4 miles from the commuter rail (train) to downtown Boston, and 2 miles to restaurants, grocery, and any kind of store you would need. For guests staying over 2 weeks, discounts can be negotiated, and an additional $75 cleaning fee will be assessed.
“I almost want to give a lousy public review so others won't come and stay at the place when I want to next. The space was super clean, the communication from Ellen was outstanding, the bed was supremely comfortable, and waking up to the view of the woods was the cherry on top. Outstanding place to stay.”
Our cape is comfortable, cozy, and full of sunlight The kitchen is open to the dining and family rooms, and the acre yard is full of gardens. We are 10 minutes from historic Concord, MA and 40 minutes from downtown Boston and Cambridge. There is a local commuter rail into Boston as well. It is a good home base from which to explore colleges in the area, too.
“Mary makes a concerted effort to make her house feel like a home away from home. The rooms were comfortable and very clean (especially for a pet-friendly home). My kids, ages 16 & 18 (apprehensive about staying in a stranger’s home) felt comfortable after settling in. We each had our own room, all with comfortable beds. I would stay here next year when we travel from Vermont to Virginia.”
Separate entrance studio bedroom with full bath, microwave and refrigerator. A gated outside space with table is all for you. Historic sites, trails, dining and shopping are within easy walking distance. COVID spacing between guests. Open and welcoming to ALL types of people. Efforts have been made to make the space as accessible as possible and we pay attention to reducing common allergens. Please note that as with many airbnb rentals, there is a cleaning fee in addition to the nightly fee.
“This is a clean, well-appointed and conveniently located spot. Bonnie has thought of everything and equipped the space with efficient and attractive items - nothing tacky! The room is spacious and the private yard is a real plus. Super comfy bed and great shower! Just a short walk to the shops, sites, and train. Communication with Bonnie is immediate and friendly. I really appreciated that she was kind and considerate and respected my privacy. I would come back in a heartbeat! This little space is a rare find in a lovely town.”
