Beautiful home in a wonderful environment, with all the necessary amenities for a pleasant family time. Description and photos are as and in reality, beautiful view in a quiet neighborhood that loved everyone. Definitely highly recommended and communication with Ronald was always smooth. Home automation gives the stay a plus.

Beautiful house, very comfortable, has everything indicated and is the same as the photos. It is very well located, close to the beach as well as the common spaces. The house has a pool and tinaja, which makes it unique and very entertaining for the family. The host responds quickly to the messages.

Excellent place to vacation as a family, many activities for entertaining, impeccable swimming pool (not so hot... it is not so hot... it is the south of Chile, but in very good condition of cleanliness and good size for swimming), pool table in good condition and other games in a casita apart from the main house, good quality tennis ground (a lot of maleza and bush around yes, that they p***k their hands to recover the balls), quincho for roast with outdoor light, and green spaces with fruit trees, sun and shade areas... a lovely atmosphere!!! The house itself, simple in its furniture and equipment, but in good condition, clean, cool, and with space / volume that makes it very pleasant. Too bad because the insects outside don't allow you to eat quietly in the outdoor spaces, but eating inside the house was nice so it wasn't frustration having to eat inside. The attention of Juan Manuel and his 2 excellent brothers, with special mention to Miguel, always attentive.

Casa Mae was definitely the best choice to spend a few days with my 88-year-old mother and wife. Starting with the excellent location(10 meters from the viewpoint of the cove) and on a safe level (greater than 30 meters). The distribution and relaxation is very tasteful and the beds, without exaggerating, like a 5 star hotel for the comfortable. The view from the terrace is beautiful, allowing you to contemplate the work of the fishermen and the arrival and departure of large ships to the bay. 5 minutes from large cove where you can sunbathe and see the surfers who practice there daily. For shopping, 5 minutes from supermarket in Cocholgue Alto and many small businesses as well as in Tomé for fresh seafood and fish shopping. Now, if you are in the beach when the boats arrive and aids in the task of climbing the boat to their place the fishermen give you fish and/or seafood . That happened to me. Emilio was very communicative, clear and friendly. No doubt we will be back!

This place was perfect for us! We loved everything about it, but mainly the amazing view and the peaceful, relaxing vibe. Host was friendly and responsive, greqt communication all around. We are definitely coming back! :)

Excellent infrastructure, nice decor, very comfortable beds, more than enough hot water available for showers. Natalia was very friendly and very willing to solve and compensate for the small inconveniences that arose. Totally recommended!

We extended our stay at Carolina’s apartment. Not only was it comfortable and clean, but the location was perfect for us and transport to the city was easy. Carolina was so helpful and accommodating with every aspect of the stay.

This is a solid place to stay in Concepcion. Close to mall, university, and easy to navigate to bus lines. The apartment had good a nice view of the city and good amenities. Gym, and laundry room. The beds were comfortable, with good quality linens.

Excellent choice, very satisfied with the apartment, everything as described. It is very cozy, has an excellent location, very central. It has parking included. I'll leave it in my favorites for next time.

Spacious, clean, tidy, functional and well-equipped apartment. Enzo was always attentive to the requirements. The only thing to consider is the noise of the passage of the trains next to the dpto, but it is not a big deal for us.

The accommodation matches the description very well, the kitchen is fully equipped, including extras such as tea, coffee, dressings and much more The place is very quiet, there are not many people, at least on the date we went, so there was no noise and we did not bother either. It's in front of the beach and if you don't have a car, the bus leaves you right outside and to take it, the same, either to go to downtown Tomé or Concepción. Next door there is a pub, mini-market, liquor store, hardware store, everything is very accessible. 100% recommended.

beautiful apartment, very safe is the condo. there are good swimming pools, tennis court. the best thing is the visit to the sea of dichato just meters away . on foot you can go to restorant that are by the sea and very tasteful and priced. in short, we are super happy about what lived there.
