Monthly Rentals in Compains

Family house a little rustic in a hamlet but with a large enclosed garden, pleasant and well equipped. We were warm during our stay (efficient central heating + wood stove in the living room) but the insulation is probably not ideal in case of cold (simple glazing with several split tiles for example). Very nice welcome from Joël who was there in person with a very appreciated welcome basket. Very quiet environment despite the noise of nearby waterfalls. Ideal location to discover this beautiful area of Cezallier.

Great value for money and great bed I would come back without hesitation

We had a great time as 2 couples and 2 children (5 and 18 months). Vannessa and her spouse were very friendly, responsive and available to answer our questions before and during the stay. We particularly appreciated the place for its safe configuration for toddlers. Many games and books upstairs, 2 bedrooms, bathroom, enclosed terrace, and a gate that secures the stairs. Downstairs the kitchen is well-equipped, the living room is spacious, all open with a very efficient stove, and mosquito nets on the 2 windows. Walking is possible, but plan to use the car if you are with children: 10 min from several waterfalls and lakes, 20 min from Lake Pavin and the pretty village of Besse, 30 min from the animal park.
