Monthly Rentals in Como Beach

Bit of a hassle with the electronic key to get inside the front door but we worked it out at the end. Otherwise nice and clean, as described.

Everything was pretty perfect, great location easy to find and easy to get around. Perfect little Cottage felt very safe.

Carolyn was super friendly, proactive and overall lovely! The place was super family friendly as everything we needed was there and ready. House was clean and comfortable. Definitely worth every penny and allowed us to fully enjoy our long weekend stay in Perth for the first time😁

Unique, sweet little private cottage. Was my first time to WA, so a lovely introduction and stay. All was very comfortable, had everything I needed and loved walking the neighborhood and enjoyed baked goods and delicious coffee from Common Bakery just around the corner.
