I had the pleasure of staying in this beautiful apartment for four months. The space is aesthetically pleasing and very well-maintained, with all amenities functioning perfectly throughout my stay. The location couldn’t have been better—right in the heart of the city, with everything within walking distance and excellent public transport connections nearby. I always felt extremely safe in the neighbourhood, even late at night. The overall vibe of the place is warm, welcoming, and peaceful—ideal for both working and relaxing. I’m genuinely grateful for this experience and would highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a long or short stay in the city!

This apartment has a great location, everything close, even the beach. To my great surprise there was always a parking space free in the street. About the apartment itself I can only be positive... everything is present, perfectly maintained. Apartments like this make it a pleasure to travel!

Very friendly host, great location in relation to the city center. As for the proposed room, nothing to say, nickel bathroom and the very comfortable bed. I would highly recommend this place, the value for money is very good.

We had a lovely stay in the apartment, well decorated, tidy, and clean. Matches the description and is spacious. I don't recommend to the elderly, young children, or people with disabilities because the stairs are steep. You can park at the parrot parking lot for free 5-10 min walk away. Many activities to do in the area like the City of the Sea, boat rides, great hikes on the coast, ...

Very bright accommodation with a beautiful view. Everything was very clean and tidy. Access to Trouville from the apartment which is more on the heights. Pleasant little walk that allows you to pass by pretty houses. No complaints! Thanks

Ideal location and suitable accommodation for a WE with friends in Deauville-Trouville. All places of interest within walking distance. Thanks to Sonia for her responsiveness, as well as to Sylvie for her availability over the weekend. We'll be happy to go back!

This was the perfect spot for our family! It was clean, charming, spacious and well positioned for visiting the Normandy beaches and sites. The owners live next door and are helpful - they even left a welcome bottle of cider for us. The furnishings were very tasteful and comfortable, including a number of baby and toddler-friendly items (installed baby gate, pack and play, etc). The kids enjoyed feeding the ducks and geese each morning. It is close to Bayeaux for shopping / dining and is well-equipped for anything you might need on your journey.

Lovely place for a family holiday or a stay with friends. A nice kitchen, great dining room and cosy living room. Grand playroom for the kids and horses to feed in the fields. A great experience!

Lovely old fisherman's house, very nicely renovated. Ideal for a few vacation days, great location to enjoy Granville and the coast. The toilet is at the RC and the bedrooms on the second floor, we go down the steps as in a boat, you have to be mobile but otherwise it's perfect! The house is very well equipped and Emmanuelle is really accommodating, responsive and friendly, everything was very easy! Thank you

Beautiful apartment, spacious, sunny, with beautiful views of the courtyard and the village. The layout of the rooms and the partitions created by the architect make it original and very pleasant to stay in. The location is ideal for enjoying the charm of Houlgate and its beautiful beach. Thomas was accommodating and very responsive and we really enjoyed the welcome gift.

Perfectly located accommodation, minutes from the beach on foot. The sea view is lovely. The accommodation is clean, well arranged and with all the necessities (there is even a booster seat and a step-stool for children!). Thanks to Audrey for her smile and hosting us. We had a lovely stay!

We had a great time. The accommodation offered by Cécile and Michel is as described. It has everything; bright, well-equipped, nice and very pleasant accommodation. It is located next to the beaches of Courseulles-sur-Mer which are beautiful. From the accommodation it is very easy to reach all the landing beaches. We recommend it and will be back!! For people, who would be hesitant. I'm confirming this place is peaceful! It is a haven of peace, with this beautiful terrace that offers views of the sea, and which is perfectly furnished. We were welcomed and guided with great kindness. As a couple or family, I recommend it will be for you an experience without regret and filled with good memories. We had a lovely stay, the accommodation matches the photos and description perfectly. Communication with Abde is very fluid. Sinath's hosting was perfect. The accommodation is close to the Marcel Proust promenade, the market and many restaurants, so you can do anything on foot. Perfect stay, we'll keep the address for a future getaway to Normandy. 😊

Comfortable apartment as described. Private parking. Sea access on foot. Very sunny balcony with nice views not overlooked on the gardens. Comfort bedding and cleanliness ok. Lovely market on Tuesdays and Fridays at a 10 min walk.
