Vacation rentals with a hot tub in Colorado River

This house is such a cool & comfy place to stay. It is located in a quiet & peaceful gated community a few miles from the strip. The location was perfect! The only downside is that the parking within this community is sparse. You may have to drive around for a few minutes to find a spot. It's just a minor inconvenience. Shannon is great! She was proactively messaging me before the day of arrival to make sure I had all the details needed. She assured me that she'd be reachable during my stay if I had any questions. My girlfriend & I, and our blended group of teens all enjoyed our short stay in Vegas and will definitely choose this place to stay during future visits.

Nice cozy place! Great stay and easy to check in

Mason was a great host and even went above and beyond to make our honeymoon special with roses, treats and firewood. The house has everything you’d need and there’s so much to do around Flagstaff. Our favorite part was the hot tub in the bonus room. We loved this rental and would highly recommend it.

This place was really fun, and we all wished we could have stayed longer.

Josef’s place was perfect for our multi-night stay with two little kids. There was a brand new pack and play and outlet covers in common areas. We enjoyed the games in the sunroom and the pool table in the garage. The house was clean and the kitchen was well stocked. It was also walking distance to a neighborhood playground which we really enjoyed. The neighborhood was quiet and safe. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would stay again!

Beautiful big home worked great for us

This was wonderful place to relax...we spent most of our time outside on the patio soaking in the views and ample sunshine. We also appreciated the ability to be outside under shade as well! Would love to return again in the future.

Our stay at Villa de Paz was absolutely incredible! From the start, Melissa went above and beyond, knowing we were arriving late from our flight, she made sure all the gates were unlocked for a smooth and easy check-in. Upon arrival, we were greeted with thoughtful snacks and drinks, which was such a warm welcome after a long travel day. Melissa was an amazing host, extremely helpful, communicative, and full of great local recommendations that really made our trip even better. And don’t even get me started on the property itself, it truly felt like a private resort. The views, the amenities, the atmosphere… simply WOW. Even though we stayed in the pool house, it felt incredibly private and peaceful. If I ever find myself back in the area, there’s absolutely no other place I’d want to book. This stay was perfect from beginning to end. Thank you, Melissa, for everything!

Had a really enjoyable time. The house was very clean, quiet and had beautiful surroundings. I wish I stayed longer to take advantage of the hiking trails in the area.

Very nice place to stay with friends or family. In our case we spent two days with two young kids and my sister in law and we had a great time. Pool and spa were clean and warm (extra $) and the house is spacious and luxurious. Host is responsive and friendly. Highly recommended. Only downside is that the area is a bit isolated; you’ll gave to walk at least 20 minutes to the closest amenities and it’s a good 25 min from the Strip by car.

This beautiful, large house was perfect for our group of 10 friends! Aaron was incredibly responsive and helpful to help sort out necessary bedding, early check in etc. The indoor space was perfect for gathering with a pool table, large couches, speaker etc. The outdoor space was great as well. The house is well stocked with cooking supplies. It can take 10 min to get an Uber so order ahead if you’re in a rush. A few things to note for planning purposes: - tThe bean bag mattress for master room floor mattress is literally a bean bag unrolled. It was too soft for us to sleep on - The master room bathroom is inside the room and also the shower is visible from the rest of the room (though toilet is not), FYI for any groups trying to share the bathrooms. There is another shower upstairs (along with 4 bedrooms) and a half bath on entry level

Was a great environment to hang out in with a beautiful view. The fire, the pool, and the patio were awesome. It was very clean and peaceful. Very detailed and so thoughtful to leave a few items in the refrigerator for us upon our arrival.

We had such a great time here! Had a little family get together. The place was perfect for us! Loved the backyard!!! It was warm enough to swim and the jacuzzi was awesome!!! The host was very responsive and seems like a great person. The place was clean and had a great layout. Kitchen was stocked. Made all our meals there. Just need to bring paper plates, tin foil etc. Quiet neighborhood. We had a fabulous time and will definitely be back!!!

Our stay at Lance's place was great. We will recommend it to others and would stay there again. Lance was very responsive and friendly. The only issue Lance should know was that a couple of light's (outdoor garage and one inside) were out. Everything else was awesome!

Would re-book in a heart beat. Great communication and location. Plenty of room for all of us.

The perfect getaway if you want privacy and peace! The sunsets and sunrises from the porch were unreal. Easy drive to the Grand Canyon and to other attractions!

Sarah responded quickly & hosts a beautiful cabin on corner lot with Tonto National forest & trail head across the street. Peaceful back yard facing the forest while rocking on porch, relaxing in jacuzzi, drinking coffee or glass of wine, fire pit with s'mores provided or listening to the wind blow through the trees & elk walking all around! Pet friendly & safe. Great time & highly recommend

Lovely rustic cabin vibes. One of the best features is the layout - it allows for many guests but you don't feel like you are all crammed next to each other. While the lofted area is not fully enclosed (as advertised), it was still quite private feeling and functioned perfectly for us for an extra bedroom space. We also loved the location, it felt quiet and woodsy, but was also right by town and main attractions. Excellent value for large groups. We had a couple of hiccups, but communication with our host was wonderful, and they took great care to resolve everything. If this place is available, you should DEFINITELY book it!

Probably the most attractive Airbnb I’ve ever stayed in, we felt like we were living inside architectural digest. But at the same time so comfortable and serene! And the beauty of the outdoors paired perfectly. Morning coffee with the view of the rock face and epic stargazing from the hot tub made this place an A+.

Throughly enjoyed our stay at this wonderful cabin in the trees. Beautiful deck with lovely furniture and hot tub. Enjoyed viewing the night sky and daytime trees from the hot tub. Very clean with comfortable beds and living room. Kitchen well stocked with nice cookware. Close drive to beautiful hiking trails and easy drive to downtown Prescott. Destin was super nice and very responsive. Even gave us great suggestions for hiking trails. Highly recommend.

We were in Strawberry for a wedding. The place was perfect for me, my husband and teenage daughter. The hot tub and hammock were nice features and plenty of elk to see in the area.

We used this space for a girls weekend! Super fun and very relaxing!! Used the hot tub and back porch for some good relaxing! TV worked great as well! Took a little finessing to figure out heating and cooling because it’s the time of year where it’s hotter during the day, cooler at night, but ended up working out great! It’s close to shops and local restaurants while also being more secluded in a cute neighborhood! There were SOME lower ceilings, so if you’re a super tall person (I’d say over 6’2”) some of the beds and the shower might not be comfortable, but not impossible to fit in! And there’s several beds that WOULD work. Our tallest person was 5’9” and we all fit great! Danielle and her co host were super responsive and we are grateful they were there, even though we pretty much didn’t need any help which is also awesome!
