Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Colonia Nápoles

We stayed at the Airbnb in Mexico City during the Christmas week thru New Years. Communication and access was seamless. The location was perfect to many restaurants, the city park and importantly breakfast nooks. Easy communication and entrance to the building, felt very safe. For my family of 4, the accommodation was perfect for us. Clean kitchen with appliances. Bathrooms were clean, hot water was an issue but infrequent. Water pressure drops as other people use the water. Not a big issue. The bedrooms were spacious. The comfort of the beds were suffice. I would definitely stay here again on my next visit to Mexico City.

Had an amazing stays at Enrico’s Condesa flat. Great location, close to so many incredible bars, restaurants and interesting shops. Beds were comfy and apartment was spacious. Only downfall is that the two bars downstairs are quite loud until about 2am each night, didn’t bother us but it is something to keep in mind.

We were in the apartment for several weeks and we felt very comfortable, you don't need anything for long stays, the apartment, the residential and the area is very nice. We had no inconvenience for you. Hosts are very responsive and responsive. I would stay if there was a chance again. :)

This was a wonderful experience- all that we hoped for. Marvelous neighborhood across from a lovely park. The space was large and quiet and comfortable. The host was very kind, helpful, responsive. There is a doorman, so it feels very safe and secure. A nice sanctuary within the fun chaotic city.

Carla's place is a hidden gem in the heart of Mexico City. Located on a quiet street of Roma North, it offers easy access to everything you might want to explore – from amazing parks, to charming cafes and cultural landmarks. The real standout is the large rooftop balcony – a perfect spot to unwind, and sip your morning coffee. The apartment is clean, comfortable, and equipped, making it an excellent choice for a stay in this dynamic city. Highly recommended!

Yuri's place in La Condesa is just as advertised and more. The main room is spacious and the bedrooms are good sized as well. The outdoor spaces are perfect for relaxing. We didn't do much cooking because the apartment is conveniently located near lots of restaurants, but the kitchen is modern with everything you would need. Communication with Yuri was easy and he was always quick to respond. He was able to accommodate our need for a flexible check-in which was a nice touch. La Sra Bertha was very helpful during check-in / check-out. Highly recommended!

My family and I absolutely loved our stay here in Mexico City. The location is perfect in Roma Norte with everything walking distance. Airbnb itself is nice and spacious and has everything you could need. Our host was very communicative and made the whole stay super seamless. Thank you so much for having us :)

Its location is very good, as it has convenience stores, a park, a market, etc. nearby. The area is very quiet, the house is very cozy and has all the amenities. Everything was very clean and tidy. The host is very friendly and respectful. In general, a very good place to rest

A lovely, Spanish-styled home with fully equipped kitchen, a stylish high-ceiling living room, a 5 gallon tank of purified water provided, and a nice patio, which we didn't use, in the back. There was one problem, which was the lack of hot water for the first four days. Ricardo attempted to fix it himself, then brought in a plumber, which still didn't fix the problem. Finally, Ricardo brought in a second plumber, who did fix it. Ricardo deserves credit for continuing to follow-up on the problem, but I thought he should have been aware of this problem. Despite this, we enjoyed staying at his house, the location was great. Ricardo was a very hospitable host, met us when our arrival was delayed, and a responsive host. I would recommend his house as a great place to stay, if you can afford the price. I would recommend that Ricardo provide a notebook with recommended restaurants and nearby sites.

My son and I had a wonderful stay at Randy’s place! The house was clean and very spacious, with a well-equipped kitchen, cozy living/dining area, and comfortable beds. We had all the space we needed, and more—it could easily comfortably accommodate 4-6 people. The neighborhood felt safe and was reasonably quiet for a big city. There is a large supermarket and a pharmacy just a couple of blocks away, and the center of Coyoacán is an easy 20 minute walk through peaceful tree-lined streets flanked on either side by beautiful homes. Randy and his father-in-law, Pablo, were kind, warm, welcoming, and responsive hosts, very attentive to our needs, and provided some thoughtful tips for local restaurants to enjoy. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back!

The place was beautiful. The hosts were incredible. Very helpful and nice! The area felt so comfortable. The house was the perfect place to rest after a day of walking around.

We stayed in Sofia’s place for three nights and all went well. We didn’t meet Sofia but she was responsive when we did get in touch. The patio is a really nice feature, beds are comfy, kitchen had everything we needed. It’s a 10-15 minute walk to the zocalo of Coyoacán. Love the neighborhood; we have been here multiple times before.

Isaac is a great host and responsive. The place is exactly as it was described, comfortableand clean. The area is in a great place and close to mexico city's landmarks. I definitively recommend this house when you visit Mexico City.

Lorenzo's stylish flat in prime La Condesa offers the perfect retreat after exploring Mexico City. The charming patio, quiet yet walkable neighborhood, and proximity to exceptional cafés and restaurants make this location ideal. With attentive security and Lorenzo's outstanding communication throughout, this apartment serves as an excellent base for CDMX adventures. Can't wait to return to this gem in my favorite city.

Perfect place for an extended stay. Exactly like the photos. Neighborhood is amazing. Tons of restaurants and shopping within walking distance and close to a number of beautiful parks including the bosque and the anthropology museum. 24 hour front desk and daily cleaning service were really helpful. We stayed for 2 months and encountered a few issues but Ricardo and the front desk resolved them almost immediately. We would definitely stay again if the need should ever arise.

We certainly made a great choice in choosing this place according to the dynamics of the trip we took, it was a trip with children and grandmothers and everyone was delighted. In the city center, with nearby subway and electric bus stations, which allowed us to get around very easily, and it was very easy to contact Uber service. Keep in mind that being in the center, as in any city, sometimes there is a lot of movement in the street, so you can hear it from the apartment, but we had a very good stay. We arrived before check-in and they kept our bags for us without any problem. The apartment is large and very clean with everything you need for our family. We will definitely be back!!!

The apartment is very nice, well maintained, has everything you need and an incredible view. The location is very central and close to everything on foot. Communication with the host was very good and the reception was very friendly. I would definitely come back.

The location was great and quiet neighborhood. Stayed there for a few nights and it was worth the stay. Great area, just outside of all the action which is what I was looking for. The only slight complaint, as reviewed by others, is the shower water temperature. It’s either hot or cold, hard to get in between. If it’s not an issue to you, it’s the perfect spot to stay at.

Alec was very responsive. Great communication and very accommodating. The location was perfect and easy to get to. So many great restaurants and cafes all within a few blocks. Very walkable to everything. I was able to work remote with no issues with the Internet or connectivity. I will most definitely be back.

We had a wonderful stay for a girls trip! Andrea and her team were so helpful with check in and recommendations, the space is beautiful and so enjoyable to be in. Bedrooms were comfortable and spacious.
