The house was exactly what you see in the photos. Very clean and very comfortable. Highly recommend if you’re staying in brookeland for fishing or golf!

So much room! Wonderful kitchen to cook Thanksgiving dinner. Be prepared to bring your own paper products and anything you’ll need for cooking beyond salt and pepper. Wonderful dishes, mugs and glassware. We enjoyed the screened in porch and the big dock for fishing and getting in and out of our kayaks. The yard is nice and big and the fire pot was enjoyable. The garage apartment worked perfectly for our overnight guests. We can’t wait to go back!!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the cabin, which was clean, comfortable and exactly as pictured. With wooded areas on both sides and the lake behind, it felt very private and immersed in nature. It was fascinating to sit by the lake or watch the changing scene through the glass doors, with cardinals and other birds at the feeders, squirrels running around, and the movement of the water or trees in the breeze. Next time we’d bring binoculars to get a closer look at the different breeds of ducks swimming by. There is no shower and the deep soaking tub would have been difficult to use at our age, so we just managed without it for our short stay. Everything else was provided for a relaxing getaway and Robert was always quick to respond to any questions we had. Thank you, Robert!

Family goes to a different lake every year for New Years. This one doesn’t disappoint as they provide plenty for group to do as far as games and out door space. They also are very well stocked! While we visit in the winter, I imagine this would be a great summer place as well.

The cabin as well as the view of the lake are both gorgeous! Looks exactly like the pictures and the hosts were extremely helpful and kind. Will absolutely be recommending this place to anyone looking for a peaceful retreat🩵

Jessica was a fantastic host! Communication was great throughout stormy weather that caused electrical outage at her property. Would stay again without hesitation.

Great location. Host is highly responsive and very flexible. Had good recommendations for restaurants and check in us during the stay and made sure everything went well during the trip.

perfect location. we had a small hiccup with the AC but the host was friendly qbd accommodating. we really enjoyed our stay here. beautiful home.
