Vacation rentals with a patio in Colmars

This apartment is a bright and rare pearl of the Cote d'Azur. Full of light, spacious, very fashionable, and comfortable at the same time, thought out to the smallest detail made our vacation unforgettable! Many thanks to its owner Nadine for her friendly warm welcome and attention.

Johannes is a great host. Clear instructions and constant support. Someone is still available on site. The apartment is more comfortable for two people, but our family of two adults and two girls got along well. Perfect availability of the reserved parking space. The Riquier district area is perhaps not so well known among tourists (we ourselves have been in the streets adjacent to the Promenade on other occasions), but Old Nice, the Castle, the Promenade, the Market Square, Massena and Garibaldi Squares, etc. can all be reached in a short time. In the same street as the apartment there are two neighborhood supermarkets, and all around several boulangeries/patisseries. You can also reach Nice-Riquier station in a 15-minute walk. Perfect for visiting the French Riviera resorts by train, without moving the car. Highly recommended!

Lovely apartment in a convenient location. 5 minutes walk to the train station (ideal for day trips) and 10 mins walk to the promenade/beach. Remario is very responsive and everything in the apartment worked well. I highly recommend it!

The accommodation itself is ideally suited for a couple or two individuals traveling together, offering an intimate and well-appointed space. Its prime location is a significant advantage, providing convenient access to a wide array of attractions, amenities, and points of interest. Furthermore, the pricing structure was found to be entirely appropriate and represented excellent value. The property's walkability is a key feature, with numerous destinations and necessities easily reachable on foot, allowing for effortless exploration of the surrounding area. Also the balcony is really really great.

we had a great week at Lydie's, the apartment was spacious, well-equipped, quiet and we were even able to enjoy our evenings on the outdoor terrace, the pool was very attractive but too cold still at this time, we had the opportunity to have good discussions with Lydie who is a charming and generous hostess who does not fail to make us feel at home

Gisele's place was fantastic! A prime location in Nice with easy accessibility to restaurants, bars, and transportation. She was a great host, very responsive and understanding of our situation! If i were to travel to Nice again soon, I would definitely stay with Gisele!

We had a great week in Anna's charming little apartment. The accommodation, very clean, is in the center of the village of Moustiers, quiet with an outdoor terrace. It stays cool despite the 34°C of this last week of August: happiness! We recommend it!

The apartment is old-fashioned, but it has everything, everything works smoothly. The heating with the air conditioners, the fast Internet, the private parking in front of the property, everything was excellent. If we come back to the area, this place is our first choice!

Judith is super welcoming and responsive, booked the day before for the next day. We had a great time in a place full of charm tastefully decorated by Judith and in the color of her world. Andrew’s place was just as described in photos. The furniture is Royal-styled, like of a museum giving it a nice aesthetic touch. On clear nights you can also see stars through the window on the roof. During the day, roof windows allow a lot of natural light inside. The entrance is private and check in was very easy. Andrew was very nice to let us check-in at 11pm! All amenities as listed were provided, the AC and fan was functional as well (needed sometimes when it gets humid in Nice). It is very close to public transport making it easy to access tourist destinations. The house is located in a quiet residential neighbourhood. Overall we had a great time and no complaints!

We loved our stay at this Airbnb! It was exactly as pictured and described, the unit is small but perfect for a couple. The checkin and checkout process was smooth and you can’t beat the location! Plenty of great food and drink options within a few minutes walk and about a 10 minute walk to the train station where you are well connected to other towns in the area. Ville Franche is gorgeous and a bit quieter than Nice, we loved being out of the hustle and bustle! Would recommend and stay again :)

Amazing apartment, with balconies and poo!

A quiet and nice accommodation in part of Nice we wanted to get to know more. The nearby railway with the station within a five-minute walk was beneficial as we also wanted to use it for a couple of trips. No disturbing noise from the trains. Slightly longer walk to get to the tram but both lines 1 and 2 within about ten minutes walking distance. Good kitchen area with modern stove and oven which was appreciated as we are happy to cook ourselves from local ingredients. Would love to come back to this home where we were well received by the host Kim and her kindness both before, during and after the stay. Highly recommended!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Vytas' place near Eze, and it was an exceptional experience. The location is absolutely stunning, offering breathtaking views of the Mediterranean. Kane and Brigitte were the perfect hosts. Their place was wonderful. We were visiting family in the area and their AirBnB made the perfect place to gather for conversation and even meals. The kitchen was fully outfited which enable use to create several dinners and the grounds were loving as were the views. I would highly recommend staying at their place. We will definitely be back in the future.

We stayed in the apartment for 3 weeks which may rightly be called a hidden gem. Everything has been thought of for a pleasant stay. The garage and spacious terrace are a big plus. Communication went smoothly and quickly. Beaulieu-sur-Mer is a very pleasant beautiful and cozy place, the shopping street is right around the corner from the apartment, a park and the beach 5 minutes walk away.
