Vacation rentals in Colmar Manor

Whitney and Zach were welcoming and friendly with good advice about neighborhood activities. I was testing whether Hyattsville was a suitable place for me to move to. These hosts helped me decide that it was.

Young Ju’s place is a wonderful oasis; well appointed, cozy, quiet, private. Very comfortable bed! She was very concerned with our well-being, which was much appreciated. Great apartment for a visiting university guest!

Jenny’s place was awesome, it had absolutely everything you could ever need. We cooked thanksgiving lunch here and the kitchen was fully stocked. The snacks and drinks in the fridge were an awesome addition as well as the ping pong table and games which we thoroughly enjoyed. Also if you’re bringing more than 2 and are worried about sleeping on the couch, don’t be. It makes a perfect super comfortable bed. I honestly forgot I was sleeping on the couch. I will say if you are someone with an early bedtime or a light sleeper, you definitely hear the folks walking around above you. It didn’t really bother us though. Overall great place to stay and would definitely return if I’m in the area again!

Mary’s basement unit was fantastic. We had a very comfortable stay with all amenities needed. We rented a car and were able to park it on the street right outside the property for free. The spot was always available. It’s about a 15 minute drive to most spots near or in downtown. Lyft costs about $17-20 to Union Station one way, for reference. One small downside is that footsteps and voices heard from upstairs are quite loud but it didn’t negatively affect our stay. We would gladly stay here again on our next trip to DC. We didn’t interact much with the hosts but nevertheless found them to be kind and responsive.

My stay met and exceeded my expectations. The apartment is super clean and everything was in fine working order. I will definitely return when I’m back in DC on business.

Monique & Cam’s place was extremely clean, looked just like the pictures. They were quick to respond and attentive checking to see if there was anything week needed each day and there were clear instructions upon arrival and departure. We throughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend to others!

Daniel and Liz had everything set up extremely well. Everything was clean and the snacks and refreshments were so welcoming. If we needed anything they were quick to reply. Thank you for everything.

We enjoyed a five star stay at Carolyn’s place, first, because it presented as pictured (better in fact). It was modern, clean, and quiet. The space was cozy and accommodated dedicated space for sleeping, sitting, eating and working. And, yes, the shower was dreamy. We have family in the area but will check Carolyn’s availability before committing to stay elsewhere.
