Monthly Rentals in Colle Roio

It was a pleasure to spend time here, I would 100% come back. Great location: quiet while close to everything. The house is super clean and it has all sorts of amenities. Multiple pillows and blankets, plenty of bathroom towels, and a fully equipped kitchen. You also have full control of the heating system so it can accomodate any need. The hosts are responsive and helpful.

My partner and I stayed for 3 days. We had a great time, the house is spacious, clean and well heated despite the low night temperatures. Beautiful view from the courtyard, quiet and peaceful area. Stefano was kind and nice, and welcomed us impeccably!

Oliva's accommodation is extremely well-kept, cozy and equipped with everything. For us, a family with young children, it was perfect. A bedroom with books and games just like being at home. Olivia then made everything perfect with her kindness and attention. Thank you so much!

This was a great stay, and Roberto is really kind. He helped us getting a late check-in, and the house contained all the devices we could imagine. Definitely recommended.
