Clearly a huge amount of effort and care has gone into designing this Airbnb. It worked perfectly for us and the facilities were really top notch. Everything was very well thought through, and we felt very comfortable and relaxed here. Host was very welcoming and responsive. We are already planning our next stay, highly recommended.

Our 4th time at Beech house, beautiful as ever! Paul is very friendly and helpful, the house is always spotless and so comfortable and well equipped. Perfect for us as a group of colleagues attending a conference at the NEC. Far better than a hotel!

Myself and two friends stayed with Joanne and Jerry after a day at The Good Food Show and it was just what we needed to end our day. Lovely to meet them both on arrival they were very helpful about where to get food locally. The Annex felt homely and cosy exactly how we wanted and all the little extra touches like getting the Christmas Dvds out and the coffee pods were brilliant. We are looking forward to staying again

Amazing location , relaxing and extremely clean . Warm and clean within the pod and excellent hot tub , would definitely return .

It's the second time we've stayed, Teresa and Martin are approachable, friendly, responsive and accommodating. I'll be booking again for next year once dates are finalised, its very convent for the NEC, walking distance to shops and a pub , plenty of takeaways so easy to eat. a great welcome package of essentials and super speedy response when batteries failed in a device. Highly recommended

Perfect stay at sugar brook, only wish we could have stayed longer!! Even the rain didn’t spoil it. Gorgeous location and it had everything we needed, it was so cosy and the hosts were super helpful. Walks literally on the doorstep, my labradoodle absolutely loved it and the treats etc left were a lovely touch. The pigs making an appearance outside the door were a highlight for me too 🥰❤️ Thankyou so much and we hope to come back!!

A lovely welcoming place to stay, beautifully presented and everything you need. We were down from Scotland visiting family and an excellent location for base, close to the A38, Lichfield, Burton and Derby, all within easy access. Already looked to book for our Christmas trip but unfortunately already booked, which is no surprise. As for the goats in the trampoline ...

Absolutely amazing location, such a lovely space felt right at home. One night was not enough is all I can say. Me and my other half walked in to the radio switched on and the heated flooring ready for us, such a thoughtful act especially with it being so cold this time of year. If I could give more stars I would!!

We were working in Birmingham at either end of the City, so this was a good ideal location for both parties. There was a shop close by so we were able to buy appropriate food and Lee had all necessary utensils. It was clean, nicely decorated and fit for purpose. We would recommend
