Welcome to the Bird's Nest, a second story apartment in Cold Spring NY. The apartment is the best of both worlds, the back of the house is next to the Hudson Highlands State Park (a trail head is right across the street) and the front of the house is on Main Street (a 10 minute walk to the historic Cold Spring strip). There is off the street parking and the metro north train stop is a 20 minute walk (uphill from the train).
“What a gem! This is our favorite AirBNB in the area. The space is sooooo beautiful (and sparkling clean!) but what makes it extra special is Matt’s and Ginny’s hospitality and thoughtful touches. They were kind and accommodating, and even left us a hand-written welcome note. We would love to be back!”

“Of all the Airbnb houses we have visited, this was by far the cleanest and most well equipped house we have ever stayed at. Communication with Ashu was outstanding, and Monica the Caretaker was equally as responsive. Staying here in Wappingers was like staying at a home away from home, neat, clean and comfortable! The views are amazing, and the neighborhood is quiet and safe. If anyone is coming to visit the Bethel facilities, it is centrally located in the middle of all three. We highly recommend this listing and will definitely stay here again on our next trip!”
Wake up feeling rejuvenated in a lofted bedroom beneath a wood-paneled ceiling with skylight windows. Descend a spiral staircase into a warm kitchenette for a cup of coffee, then have a seat in an airy living room beside a brass-plated fireplace. Enjoy a picnic on the front lawn and explore the 4 acres of most authentic Hudson Valley landscape, with a water stream running through the property. Update: We’re doing our part to help our guests stay safe by cleaning and disinfecting frequently touched surfaces as well as waiting at least 24 hours between bookings.
“Yannis & Julie made our stay extra comfortable. They were easy to reach & made sure we had everything we needed. The place was located in a quiet secluded area with a beautiful trail just footsteps away from the airbnb. The backyard was peaceful & theres a swing! The interior was beyond cozy, equipped with the right amenities & beautifully decorated. I would definitely come back for another weekend getaway.”
