Only a 9-10 minute walk from Villefranche Sur Mer's old town, you will find this luxurious penthouse apartment in a very well-kept residence. All of the apartment was renovated to a very high standard in 2015. The job was conducted by interior designer. The terraces with a total area of 36 m2, have a lovely panoramic view of the bay of Villefranche, Cap Ferrat and towards Beaulieu Sur Mer. Good sun with sun from morning to evening. Every room has its own terraces. The apartment has several parking spaces at its disposal.

Less than a 30-minute drive from Nice airport (w/no traffic) & less than 15-minute train ride to Monaco. No parking on site.

Joli appartement de 60m2 se trouve dans une résidence tranquille et sécurisée. A 5 min en voiture du village & plage de Villefranche sur mer et à mi-chemin de Nice et Monaco. Commerces 5 min à pied. L’appartement a une chambre à coucher, salle de bain avec douche à l’italienne, toilette séparé, cuisine américaine. Une grande salon ensoleillé avec un grand canapé lit confortable et un balcon avec vue sur la mer. Il y a wifi, lave-linge, sèche-linge, lave-vaisselle et beaucoup de rangements.

My name is Christine and I would like to introduce you to Sabine and John's home in Villefranche-sur-Mer. Both of them works full time in Berlin. They lovingly decorated their apartment to make it homey for them at various times of the year. From the apartment and the extra large terrace, you will enjoy a beautiful bay view with Saint-Jean Cap-Ferrat on the foreground. The entire 2 bedroom and bathrooms apartment was been totally renovated a couple of years ago with all modern amenities.

A serene waterfront view showcases calm waters reflecting the sky, dotted with sailboats. Tables and chairs are set along the promenade, inviting guests to enjoy the surroundings. Green bollards frame the scene, enhancing the coastal charm of the picturesque location.

Perfect for couple. Bus service nearby as well to explore area. The wooded park of Mont Boron is a 3-minute walk. French Institute 5 mins walk.

Quiet and private spot with nice outdoor seating. Parking I would imagine can get very difficult, so I’d advise against bringing a car. In September, we didn’t have a problem with it though. The host is very responsive.

I travel a lot and rarely I felt so fine in a place. Daryl is a fabulous host, her kindness is unique and she provides advices on things. She was really helpful (I forgot the cable of my phone and she gave me hers). Great person and marvellous host. The tiny house was nice, peaceful, surrounded by exterior spaces where I took my tea, in the middle of a garden. Extremely clean, well decorated, beautiful linen. This accommodation really worths to be better known and I truly recommend it, even for long stays in Cannes. It is like being at home, wonderful, highly appreciated. Thank you Darya for your beautiful house and your extraordinary welcome. Thank you, sincerely.
