Monthly Rentals in Coín

Great stay in the casita! We enjoyed the calm, the proximity to nature and the few very friendly animals! Rosa and her husband are very nice, affordable and flexible, always ready to help at any time. Their accommodation is close to the casita but we appreciated their discretion, they were not intrusive at all. It was perfect because we were looking for calm.

Dawn is a super host, she is friendly, attentive and polite. The house is beautiful, it has all the details that may be needed and the location is unbeatable if you are looking for relaxation and disconnection. A 10, this is the second time we have come but 100% sure we will repeat.

The property is really tucked away and you have to pay attention to the directions otherwise you’ll struggle to find it, but this is typical in this region. Even though we arrived late (approximately 11.00pm) getting into the property was very easy. Each room has its own heating/cooling system so we got to the temperature we wanted very quickly. Overall, everyone (there were 8 of us) was happy with the accommodation inside. Outside is just perfect. Lovely pool and jacuzzi, 8 sun loungers, tables and chairs for all, and a great barbecue.

María was a very helpful and sweet host. The location is definitely a little outside the city but it’s a nice oasis. Thank you!!
