Newly renovated detached studio with private entrance in the center of a coastal New England town. A short walk to beautiful harbor, historic downtown, local wedding venues, restaurants and coffee shops.
“Based on prior reviews, we had high expectations and they were fully met! What a cozy little apartment, 'spic and span' with nice towels, sheets, etc. A very 'fresh' feel to it! Water in the fridge and the little package of delicious biscotti were very classy touches, above and beyond! Excellent location, so near the waterfront and restaurants. The bed was very comfortable for the two of us.”
Scituate is a beautiful seaside community on the South Shore. The rooms are in a separated and private part of my home including a private bath. Entry is through the dining room which is not available for the use of Airbnb guests (and isn't used when guests are here). I provide a selection of coffees, teas, sugar, sweeteners and cream. There is a Keurig, regular coffee maker, hot water kettle, microwave and refrigerator. In the bathroom, soap, shampoo, conditioner and hair dryer are provided.
“For anyone who values cleanliness, privacy, and value this place can't be beat. It was immaculate. Lisa was a terrific host. My Airbnb experience is not extensive; however, Mimi's Place is the best experience I've ever enjoyed.”
Cohasset is the quintessential New England seaside village located on the South Shore of Massachusetts between Boston and Cape Cod. The ocean offers plentiful recreation opportunities. Watch lobstermen unload their catch or stroll on the beach. For land lovers enjoy hikes, watch birds or bike in nearby Wompatuck State Park and Wheelwright Park. Lionsgate is the ideal get away that refreshes the human spirit.
“Our stay at Kao's cottage surpassed our expectations... we arrived in the evening and the lights were turned on throughout the house for us, so we didn't have to enter a dark place trying to search for the lights. The interior was spacious and quite cozy, the bed was beyond comfy; we both slept great. The kitchen has everything you could possibly need to prepare food and eat in. Kao stopped by the next day to introduce himself and gave us pointers on places to see based on what we were looking to do; he was gracious and welcoming, made you feel like you were family or old friends. His love for God which he was obvious in his mannerisms made the experience of staying in his cottage more memorable. We hope to be back that way soon and look forward to staying at Kao's place again, it is a great place to recharge your batteries...”
