The property is located approximately half a mile (about a 10 minute walk) from Twyn Square in the centre of Usk town, which has many pubs shops and eateries. The bungalow has a fully equipped kitchen and there are 2 good sized bedrooms overlooking the front garden. There are many breathtakingly beautiful walks on the doorstep. Access is along a single track lane leading to a private parking area for 1-2 cars. Strictly no parking on the lane please, because it is a public right of way.

The Studio is attached to our smallholding however you have your own entrance along with private parking and garden. Such a lovely private spacious house and garden. A great set up for a break away with our extended family. Plenty of room to get together to cook, eat and socialise, then split off for some more quiet time when needed. Everything was clean and tidy, and we had all we needed. A beautiful location and very near to hay on wye which is worth a visit. Only slight downside is that the internet wasn’t brilliant, but that’s to be expected in the middle of the countryside and also meant we weren’t sat on our phones scrolling too much! The internet did work, just not super fast. Definitely recommend, and we’ll be looking to book again.

Enjoyed two nights stay with my dog. Ideal location and nice garden set-up. Clean and tidy. Made use of the hot tub, pool table and projector screen, which were all nice features to have whilst staying. We would visit again

We had a great stay at Faye's place. The house was easy to find and very close to the town centre. The house was very clean, bright and had everything we needed for our stay. Faye answered our queries very promptly and we would certainly come here again. We had a wondeful short break in Cardiff.

Elizabeth was absolutely fantastic with communication before and during our stay. The barn is so perfectly decorated and romantic! Beautiful gardens to walk around to go and see the farm animals, and a gorgeous coffee shop on site. Parking and check-in was super easy! Location was nice, you definitely need a car as nothing is within walking distance- but that’s what you get with a rural retreat! Would definitely recommend. Thank you, Elizabeth x
