The apartment is really very nice, well structured and equipped with everything. It is directly on the path of the Cammino dei Borghi Silenti, the convenience is total. Enrico is a very responsive and helpful host. You can comfortably cook on site, the kitchen is equipped, and there are also some options (the possibility of making coffee for example). The property is very tidy and very clean. The surrounding area is quiet. There is no wifi, as reported, but unlike other guests I have not encountered any network problems. In this intermediate season, since it is a new structure but in an old farmhouse, it is perhaps a little cold, but nothing unbearable. The staircase to access the night floor is rough, it takes some attention. The cost of accommodation is more than adequate for a couple: for a single person it is perhaps a bit high but includes undeniable practical and logistical advantages.

Our family of 2 adults and 2 kids (aged 12 & 7) had an amazing time at the farm house. The setting really can’t be overstated for its beauty. The swimming pool was ideal for our needs (we bought liloes from a local store), and we had some fantastic BBQs overlooking the mountains. The house was far too big for us, and would have been better value for money if we had visited with our wider family. The house would also benefit from modernising its soft furnishings, paintings, fixtures & fittings etc, without diminishing from its traditional rustic quality. Also, there was only one fan for the entire house - there should be at least one for each bedroom. We recommend visiting Orvieto and Todi - both just incredible, and less than an hour away. Also, Michelin starred Casa Vissalli is free for children under 9 years of age and is only 20 minutes away.

Comfortable bed, hot shower, alleys to explore, a great bar and a fantastic trattoria within walking distance! Quick and easy check-in. We do not have the words to describe our stay here as it was truly special. I wish we had more time and if we are able to return one day we will definitely stay at Anna’s again. Anna went over and beyond to make our stay extra special. She had a variety of local goodies and goodies she made for us. She made us reservations at a nearby restaurant the first evening which was great good and a great experience. She arranged a tour of the local museum which was an amazing experience. She came with us and used her translator on her phone as we unfortunately do not speak Italian. Civitella d’Agliano is a special place and the people are wonderful.
