Beautiful apartment in Ebermannstadt. It is easy to reach by public transport and you can take beautiful excursions in the area. We felt very comfortable. The kitchen is also well equipped for cooking yourself. We would definitely come back.

We had a lovely time. The place has a lot of space, everything was clean and there. In the garden, the children can play wonderfully. Hot tub was of course a highlight and also super clean. The communication was very gracious and always helpful. The location is quiet and perfect for walking. We would come back anytime.

The place was exactly as described. Check-in was super easy and straightforward thanks to Heiko's precise description. The cottage was modernly decorated and very well maintained. Everything was sparkling clean and the basic equipment was available as described. Bamberg Old Town and the train station are easily accessible on foot or by bus. I had a great stay. I would book with Heiko again anytime and can highly recommend the tiny house.

A beautiful apartment where historic elements (timber framing) are beautifully combined with modern design. Very well equipped, clean, and cozy. The atmosphere is warm and inviting, and the charming courtyard with outdoor seating is a lovely bonus. The host is very kind and attentive – we felt truly welcome. Highly recommended!

Margit communicated very well with us before arrival. All questions were answered neatly. The welcome was warm and we felt comfortable with her. I can recommend the place.
