Monthly Rentals in Cobbs Pond

This was a cozy little apartment and had a great set up for my little family. Tracey was very responsive and friendly, she allowed us to check in early which was greatly appreciated with traveling with our little one. The apartment was very clean and well laid out. Tracey is an excellent host.

Our stay was wonderful. The place was lovely. I am very scent sensitive due to allergies and asthma. When I mentioned this to Rob he said he would do his best to have his place as scent free as possible. It was perfect. The beds were quite comfortable. When we had trouble with the heat he rang the doorbell and gave us assistance. I would strongly recommend this Airbnb. When they say he is a super host…he really is! 😊
