Vacation rentals with beach access in Cobano District

Great Stay, close to somos and to the beach. Nice apartment !

The stay was excellent, highly recommended. The area is very central and the entrance to the beach is just 100 meters away. The place is impeccable and the host is very attentive. I want to comment that the area of the accommodation is very safe and the gentleman who takes care of it is very kind.

Simona’s place was wonderful. The check in was very easy and I felt right at home as soon as I checked in to the airbnb. The kitchen was great, it had all the required amenities and a working stove and oven. The location is prime - it is next to the beach, and many restaurants and cafes. The place was cleaned daily and fresh towels were brought consistently. Simona offered great recommendations and I enjoyed that I could use the pool next door to Griss Lodge. My only con would be that the place can get a bit noisy in the night because of the ATVs and motorcycles driving on the road so I would recommend bringing ear plugs. Other than that, the place is wonderful and I would recommend Simona’s place.

The place is very clean, close to the beach and very close to the pool and in front of the store. The host is very friendly. I would definitely stay at the place again

We felt right at home, the apartment is beautiful as is the pool area. The hosts were very accommodating; they responded to all of our inquiries and even made good recommendations about the area. The only unfavorable aspect is that being on a very busy street the noise can be a little annoying.

Excellent place, very well equipped with everything you need to ensure your enjoyment.

This home is such an amazing place to stay. Wonderful location, steps from the surf, amazing windows, so much natural light, amazing views from inside and the covered porch, comfortable furniture, beds. Truly one of the most memorable places. Casa Dona Luisa is a beautiful gem with a semiprivate beach out its front door. It's located just far enough outside of Santa Teresa to be quiet but still centrally located to all the great activities. Maykol was a wealth of knowledge and beyond helpful in assisting always with any vacation questions we had. I'd stay here again if we make it back to the Nicoya Peninsula.

As everyone says it's hard to describe. If you are looking for a convenient, sterile, cookie cutter hotel, this may not be for you. But if you want to emerse yourself in nature and environment, this is a total paradise. Joachim went above and beyond to attend to our needs

Such a beautiful location and the PERFECT villa for my family and I. The property is exactly as per the photos. It is maintained daily by Vincete (awesome guy and super friendly/really helpful). The house was cleaned daily at no extra cost. We had such a wonderful time staying here with 2 young kids, grandma and brother’s family. The view from the kitchen and outdoor area/pool is beautiful and never gets old. Would love to come back again!

Pia's place is probably my favorite AirBnb ever. It's a little beachside oasis right in the heart of Santa Teresa. Walk across the beautifully landscaped yard and onto the sand of one of the best beaches in Costa Rica. Iguanas, monkeys, butterflies and birds everywhere. A great hotel next door for good meals and pool time for kids. Pia is an exceptionally cool and kind and helpful host. And the house itself is awesome -- beautifully designed, well maintained, gorgeous. Can't recommend it highly enough.

This is our second stay at Lila's amazing property. We love it and are already planning our third trip! Hot tips for this place: it is rural. Get a good 4x4 to get here. It makes the trip so much smoother. Land Cruiser Prados are the way to go. I would not recommend cheaping out on the 4wd. I'd also suggest a Costa Rica eSIM for your cell phone. Coverage is spotty, at best. The beach is INSANE. If you do get here, and see its beauty, please keep it a secret! :) Lila's place is perfect. It has everything you need, and a bit more. It is truly an oasis. Lila is a wonderful communicator. Despite you feeling like you are at the end of the world, she's always there to help, and her local team are amazing. They show up and take care of anything immediately. Download a roadmap on your phone. Trust the local restaurants (El Barco and San Miguel are amazing). This area is sensational, and Lila makes it comfy, safe, and so satisfying! Thank you again, Lila!

We had a great stay, the airbnb is beautiful and had everything we needed. It’s only a 15 min walk to the centre with nice cafes and restaurants and about 5/10 minutes to the beach. We would definitely come back

Neil’s house is a beautiful mix of the sea and jungle! The house was more than we expected, it was beyond words. The beach was just steps away from the house. The cebtral location was perfect for many activities we planned. The local restaurants were a short walk away. Jenny greeeted us with a smile and helped us get settled in. I highly recommend this casa!!!

The accommodation is very nice and well located. Marisa is amazing! She even added furniture before we arrived to accommodate us so we can have 4 meals around a table outside as well as inside. Super well decorated. Vegetation makes us feel good. Very well insulated inside so as not to hear the quad bikes passing on the main street. We loved it!

Purapura was the perfect accommodation for our visit to Santa Teresa. The location is perfect, easy to walk down to the beach or explore Santa Teresa and beyond. Spyros was a really responsive host and gave lots of useful recommendations for our stay. The space itself is wonderful, the buildings are beautifully designed and decorated and the pool area is extremely relaxing and peaceful with a great view. We also really appreciated the daily cleaning service! Would highly recommend and we’d definitely stay here again if we come back to Santa Teresa!

Great condo near the beach. It was very well equipped and very clean in a nice complex with its own pool. Arman was a great host always quick to respond and comes highly recommended. 5 star all the way

We had a fantastic stay! The location was perfect just a short walk to the beach and close to great restaurants. The place was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing trip. We’d definitely stay here again!

Thank you for all the help this weekend. Nice location, very close to many nice places. I am fascinated by the number of animals on site, pool and furniture. In addition to this residential with a lot of security. A quiet and cute place to come as a family.

excellent location. close to very good beaches on both sides. would not bother with the local restaurant as you can get tastier and cheaper meals outside the complex. the place is as advertised. very clean and cozy. highly recommend if using as a base for all of the other beaches in the area. very satisfied.

Enjoying the Lapas Tricolor in its natural environment, watching them fly freely. It's something that you don't get elsewhere. We really liked being able to stay in a place where there is excellent security, cleanliness and respect for the neighbors following the rules. The whole team was very kind, they were very attentive to our needs. Congratulations have a property jewel, on future vacations I hope to be lucky enough to get to stay with you again.
