Great little studio with a very good stocked kitchen. Comfortable bed and a door to a front terrace front the bathroom (this is a different terrace from the one in the pictures). Location couldn't be better; within 5-10 minutes walk, you can be in Juarez Park, or Los Lagos, or the bus stop to Coatepec or Xico.

Safiya is an exclente host , nos trwto very well supportphones , advising us and being very kind , she is always cooking DELICIOUS things!! and sharing of those delicacies , a beautiful view, private , the estacinamiento sometimes complicates but not her fault, highly recommended

The house is located in an excellent location, which made it easier to comply with our vacation plan to visit different magical villages and coffee route. The hosts were always in touch with us, very friendly and helpful. We will reoccupy the house on upcoming vacations.

We were fortunate with the weather, the two days were cloudy and with rain. I loved it. The house is very comfortable. Good mattresses. The water pressure is very low

The place is spacious and super quiet, Ma. Luisa is a great host. Xalapa is very well connected and the area is especially quiet. Working from home is perfect.

The place fully complies with the description and its location is very convenient for sightseeing. Clean and complete also has details that make you feel at home like board games and room decoration. For easy parking I recommend talking to the host, but otherwise 10/10
